In the speech Michael Ignatieff says supporting the oil sands is a question of national unity and no country in the world would ignore such a valuable resource.

"The oil sands are an integral part of the future of Canada",

"No other country in the word would toss away this advantage."



  y+ h& t; B) ]4 P2 _0 WMr. Ignatieff warned, however, that the controversial megaprojects that have sprung from the oilsands must become greener.
