he is a holder of a ,alberta issued, driving instructor licence

let not fool ourself that mr. trailway is a properly licence instructor.
he is openly defying the law of alberta.
/ Z! o8 `  R0 k5 C$ N/ }how can someone teach other about the rules of the road and yet he is breaking the law himself.
