有病痛的时候，最好不要乱吃止痛药。痛是身体有问题的信号，如果不抓紧调治，小病会拖成大病的。

除非是强效止痛的才需要处方的。

Advil or Motrin are quite common in Canada. they are a mild pain killer.

Tylenol works for pain too, but not as effective as Advil / Motrin.
