Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

( M+ d1 X# O% S$ V0 z" `7 \- }The price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

I won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.
