Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

1 ?: N/ f0 i, t' ^The price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

I won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

如果我没有记错的话,去年10月开始Bedrock在Riverside的那间spechome就是399,900,背靠Terwillegar Drive.

) N! R8 T5 T" U4 p- f3 n现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
