请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

& j- ^5 j9 A; E3 h2 Q( F0 x前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

, D; k& K$ S, e1 u$ ^0 S1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

: }; v8 j( h3 y0 t. ?1 hto be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.
once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

going litlle faster, not stoping for stop sign and red light
will only save you a few seconds of time.
saving a few seconds will not justify by paying all the fines ($$$),

ps. by the way, do you know how many seconds we live in one day.

however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
