请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

4 h) |: \, ~1 ?9 d5 l; \& d$ n1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

, W" T/ G9 t* v4 m5 f. T4 b2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
% f) ~. B5 A" ^& eroad test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

will only save you a few seconds of time.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
