被靠高速，夏天比较吵。另外，房市好的时候，这种地点的房子涨的慢，不好时，加速下跌，不好出手。

Agree. But the price is not bad if you think the market is not going down too much.

确实没有到这个，看到deck景色似乎还不错，而且小区也还好

totally agree as there are lay offs happening every single day......i am starting to observe the market, any idea what is the bottom line for this kind of house?? any comment appreciated!!!!

It is still far way from Hendy highway, so noise is not a problem.
The only issue is the price. Does not sound like a good deal and should be priced around 260K.

1100sqft X 180$/sqrt=198K, plus land value, minus effect from power line, which is on the south side of the block.

那房子面积还不到1100尺，Land Size就是地的面积384.73平米。
不过description那儿怎么说OVER 2100 Sqft呢？

这个房子是Bi-level, descerption 把地下室的面积加上了.

LOCATION，LOCATION，LOCATION。不用看价格，看地点，这房子就不能要。这就是现在看起来便宜的原因。
