o a foreign graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada

* apply while working in Canada – or – within one year of leaving your job in Canada, {3 g; l C! {; e" I) K/ w

According to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), skilled work experience means:

* Skill Level A (professional occupations) or
5 G* U. L7 g' P6 D1 g * Skill Level B (technical occupations and skilled trades)
7 V6 l0 v/ H0 [' \( i# T O0 r; D' y- V. ]+ Z! a6 p W* n
Your application will be assessed on two requirements if you apply as a temporary foreign worker:8 ^% i5 t' t2 R/ f2 E" p$ Y
0 p5 I) B+ s0 O" f8 t * your work experience and
7 v# g A( y. ] r& s * your ability in English or French.
