对方说必须要去警察局要张NOTICE才能在BODYSHOP修车。。。

想问的问题是。。。

不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

我觉得警察给你开罚单都可能性比较小。
$ H; H# `. u: I+ M/ ]" p我上次被撞，我们去了警察局，对方那个人带都保险都过期了，也没有收到罚单呀？
/ @4 E! d; z' G) Y2 h3 F警察局只管备案，然后给双方一个修理车身都单子，其他他们就不怎么管了。

2有可能，前几天有个帖子的人自己违规u turn，然后撞了，去警察做报告的时候，给了他一张罚单。
" i9 T: r' g+ L; D: W; \/ `: Q) b: i3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

& [* o. W" l! [: e4 {2 d你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。

your operator licence.
