今天到Terwillegar South 去看新房, 先去LANDMARKBUILDER， 发现他们有很多成房待售（至少5个），1900 多尺的卖437000。 后来去CHALLENGE HOME BUILDER, 1352 尺的BI_LEVEL卖 435000， 地下室完成，背靠WALKINGTRAIL。 个人感觉新房价格微降，但不是太多。

太贵了，我觉得南面的房子如果1800尺30万以下差不多。

我觉得下降得还是挺多的。我8，9月份去看的时候，Terwillegar South，1900尺的房子都要470,000以上。

Forgot to mention: For landmark, if you directly buy house from them, they would give you 7000 discount; if you buy from Changllege, they would give you 20000 off for one time promotion; The price I listed already include those discounts. But I still think it's a little bit high.
