但是，这个“不折腾”怎么翻呢？据说难坏了各路翻译精英们。

　　折腾 in Hu"s speech has a strong connotation that such kindofsetback is self-seeking instead of being due to theinterferencefrom outside.

+ z1 i! h0 ]; f8 t. ?/ a1 q& `　　“Setback” is a much better word than “trouble”, whichanunseasoned translator would like to use in the firstinstance.“Setback” especially refers to the obstacle ordifficultyencountered in achieving a strategic goal.
