9 S8 t$ e; U. X8 z( RThe City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
" H5 l# O6 Y; a, E, K% I0 v
+ o" g" S( }# w( ?& n8 YThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
+ J0 t3 ]* N4 e9 L4 F$ k# fThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw : c2 }: A) F) R# X7 y" M( A
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
* H9 J' C {( P/ @Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club [7 k7 ^% q/ T# M z V
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
