Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few [- h# T) M( [% k2 X, k
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.

least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

z0 k5 g& }9 z+ o2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio

' D3 o8 J/ v7 J Opotential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are

are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,

producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat. 0 Y% a8 u% a; T" |9 {

will replace oil.

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new 2 I2 c& F' p* v O

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- 6 t7 l8 e. U. G3 A7 n) _

capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas / W. x6 L8 C8 v
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
( d8 d7 g5 f- @" t- Foil.

; b0 v; { C y) P9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
( U4 K# N8 w) @$ Iproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into 6 E$ i+ \8 M# |( E# {' j
oil wells.
; J* W# D. W1 \0 r& H/ {5 d$ d' v% T: q+ W3 I9 f' e. s
' F8 X" k. {3 q: M8 g10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy 7 {! l4 q1 z% F
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability
