Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
' k9 ~, g: _+ x' |months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
& z* V7 g: B; v; {A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
( n9 a7 m: C1 Dleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face ! Z: p+ x- @ z% l/ K/ V5 N+ s
of so much news. These reasons are:

) \7 S% U) N2 p: a8 V; Y2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. % U$ L. y1 }* y @ [8 P
This is the largest find in North America.

cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
}8 j( h9 H0 E- M% g& ato bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is ' g p; v5 d5 q; u4 X/ b
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

! b+ K7 m- F$ p; a. W6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and ; @4 z) q6 X) g% n

expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new 6 ~$ y7 X2 E7 F) y. \( n

available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude [. G. y( }9 R# ?0 ]1 x. z" @3 D8 ^. f% j
oil.

4 V5 e& h' G1 J, R0 I9 ?10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the 6 D2 w0 v8 y/ f# o- L: [& J
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
