! e h9 U* I J9 @$ tRecently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
+ R' \8 F: i+ f; F% Y# bmonths. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. / E$ h* e6 y+ u# v7 y& |' Q
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
5 ~2 i j2 L5 h6 fleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

p0 W4 k$ z" n1 q5 n' a6 G5 a/ d. QThere are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. 4 ^, A* B1 K r
This is the largest find in North America.

racing to produce bio fuels.

5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants & r8 _- r" N8 G; U2 B
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,

to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
+ r3 J% @2 t$ v# `producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat. 9 _ V2 z" T) S; Z; U

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and ; m% k( B, n" x8 m$ |1 I; P) c

will replace oil.

with new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies
: i" t! w7 g/ _% A# f) b+ `are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new & f- @- c0 ?! I8 I. @
equipment.

fuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.

8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to / T5 L/ c& q0 P3 j4 S
capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas ) `1 o: I7 e, |5 z# p7 S
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
' q2 ]4 [2 H6 M1 @; N* o2 ^; Coil.

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 0 O3 u+ A0 H9 `; H$ ]) e
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy 6 F, }: U9 h- @+ U! t
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.
