Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
( l: L7 x; ~% `. @7 zmonths. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
! p! A" w# N- `5 hA year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
8 Z9 Z4 o+ t3 e0 D% Aleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face # @- w' f P) `. N8 b/ ~. p, d

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. % n/ n8 q7 O2 |! `/ H
This is the largest find in North America.

potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are

+ }0 U" Q' j& P) I+ s+ k4 N5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants % Q& m2 Z" m5 ^9 c, t5 Y* s
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,

to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is + x6 S6 e% O7 z/ G9 G
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

D$ M, [) C; `& Y6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and

will replace oil.

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new 6 ?$ j5 |- O( U. \3 V. H
equipment.

available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude 9 W# s3 U! _' |1 w8 S
oil.

4 O# G: \) k1 L) @- ^* J5 c10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability ; r* ^/ [; a' l
to control oil prices.
