Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
; b' J3 S9 X3 i* i G: {months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. # k4 ?& P' V9 R) T# g
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at # b7 |2 `0 R' M8 {0 c
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. 3 t) D" C9 ]5 D

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face `" V Q; B* ~5 o* N
of so much news. These reasons are:

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and 2 K! @% W! s/ x2 a
in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than

being used to double their output.

racing to produce bio fuels.

5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants

cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat + b) W. C; w0 ?5 L0 d
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
8 B, i8 W5 _: Z* U0 {producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and

older equipment such as trucks, airplanes, train engines, ships, etc.

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

! A) H8 d. }& e; L( TAirlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- , U& o0 u: B w

8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to 5 H% }) ~2 t3 j3 C; f5 s) h
capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
% t* r$ b$ @9 ravailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
$ O1 Y8 c6 w$ }* roil.

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2

oil wells.

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability

With the above scenario, I still believe that there are under
