Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few [ q+ V7 J5 k5 b! E: c
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.

least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. 9 H& s& v) M* z$ n) b* T" }

. z6 J( p+ C- B8 P2 l( ]2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. . ?7 H$ J v N8 h. v+ |6 o, D

3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is

5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants 4 x) Q' }. B+ x, g8 y, l
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
+ h4 V! ], {3 l$ z) P5 ]( {: }2 ccattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat ! f) V) w" v: q+ }
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is

expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce

with new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies 1 W) Y8 w" A$ a6 X3 [ r
are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new 9 o% c" v r) |
equipment.

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- ) i' G0 g: A ^8 T& M$ K

$ i8 }4 A. l1 D' v! k0 s2 y; Y. H3 {2 S6 _, Z, V
8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
: E8 l- @9 i# r& C0 O, ncapture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
( ?# M' s6 n4 W6 G5 M+ Havailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
" L) o8 [4 ]+ Noil. ) R6 B( T9 P# \7 ?8 V
8 u$ X& J. d/ G! C" F+ ?& x
) \+ ~7 v% N: I3 M L! F9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 7 T7 S# R0 F* c3 m! w1 Z+ C$ ~4 X) ^. A
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into
. w% E3 |9 G9 w) u$ G5 Ooil wells.

7 T/ h/ |6 l% b* b# R/ v10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy % R, |# x7 j& n- q E) i: y
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the
5 A r+ Q* T% D+ Q5 G5 vprice of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
9 m( W$ n# s( e3 z" ochanging. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability 2 E, v; j( N1 O% H$ F+ k
to control oil prices.

% h' Q) f* G/ k/ CWith the above scenario, I still believe that there are under
( B6 T. t* M" p3 K6 Q; N2 Eperformed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified " @& Y4 ~2 `3 V5 T I9 _
value .....
