Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
1 L% ~1 w ]1 _! O' N& Gmonths. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. . f$ |7 }7 [' }' S! u$ }( ~- \! \$ @
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
& ], L0 Z% U- h' R% c9 eleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face $ x, ?9 d, Q5 |

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and
. M5 S% M, Q! k' Ain the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

fuel is being produced from many plants and algae. The production
^# q5 D: a% G. k6 `- T8 z8 Ppotential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are 0 V A" j; M j2 [
racing to produce bio fuels.

$ P4 `( R7 g6 ^% G/ i8 H# v6 ]4 w5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants : H& U- ~# y& y
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
9 j' o b; Y' N7 i3 _% Qcattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
9 N- S' b; }6 e$ S( B! y2 Rto bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is 5 m% H5 `2 x; Z. G" d
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and 9 {( ]& @ Q4 u/ E; |1 T/ I

expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce

7. Every company in any form of transportaion business is replacing

with new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies + V; M2 d/ r2 h! E1 C# N
are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new / b. W* e% W0 b5 K

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio-

. Q; I( U& v. Roil.

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
, n& K. Z& ~% O8 U8 bproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into

source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the
