will replace oil.

older equipment such as trucks, airplanes, train engines, ships, etc.

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio-

+ U {3 l! G- `5 W' M) g! p8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
V0 n# N* B) H2 b ^! T2 Z7 Rcapture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas , d, N& }7 a6 o1 b( j$ ~
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
2 e/ K0 ?! g5 ]: s2 l$ E& V3 Ioil.

oil wells.

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy . o& s9 l' e& y" V- U& U

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the $ T- l" [+ o1 O' l' F8 V. K
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world 0 M5 I! a) S$ N+ w
changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability
