Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few ' [" e% R h- X! p, M0 m, H: A+ w
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. G5 L. } x) L
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
& R) S6 x* e j2 q$ rleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. . H) _; U4 Z. X% s" {7 s
& N7 n9 m5 o) f9 t8 k
5 c6 ~. Q: F. \3 L/ NThere are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face # E; d4 T' ^( Y* b. F" F8 p" G' w
of so much news. These reasons are:

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and
T! Q# r6 v+ U' X; ?8 e% s% {; ^7 ?in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than - M/ L3 a2 C$ i5 }5 j$ u8 ^
Arabia. " @4 H5 q, ~( _+ {9 l Y) Q

4 x6 p+ N( S* F2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. 5 e6 |5 s+ |% T9 q! E9 ~
This is the largest find in North America.

3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is

4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio

potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are
$ _) u9 b, c" K: q9 i! F( M2 kracing to produce bio fuels.

$ ~' T3 d6 Y: J, r- G- E2 ~" oto bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is 4 {: @2 u4 F9 p' _+ E
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat. % L7 W7 f! V/ O$ m) m

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and
U) @8 K$ H- D8 O6 Cconstruction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new : [2 z! `. T/ Y8 [
equipment.

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- : x& ?5 P: Z, D8 G
fuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.

capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas

oil.
! G, G# i' O; U B( X* M6 x Y% ~* Y- p- ~) x
' s5 E' e7 m1 {/ k8 Z. `( }" T- D9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
$ C. h9 y( }" u: t. uproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into
& x2 j3 Y# Q4 |4 ?" b/ Hoil wells. 9 [6 |; X4 C& f$ Q" p
1 M# j$ b2 R& b3 W$ l/ c! c& G9 k; J4 N }: g
10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy + K& s0 r- A4 `: @
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability % f2 R. u( ~- w. G! |5 `2 Z0 W, Q

With the above scenario, I still believe that there are under - a, O( {" C7 u: I& M; j
performed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified
