crude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell,

, \+ K; s! D/ pRecently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few + z& A1 \2 s' A7 C4 P
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. 9 _- ?) h Q3 C8 e9 G
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at 4 N% p0 w6 N* J. k5 G4 k* U
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face & g' _' x6 W1 h" x$ `
of so much news. These reasons are:

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and & O) @1 v0 Z5 c! F, ?' |' U
in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than 6 n/ F. y1 i3 N; c, ^+ n! H5 l _
Arabia.

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are

cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat 9 l" e& c7 m: T, B7 S6 i) y8 Q+ U
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
5 R, _2 _9 G: {; `$ K0 P4 d7 Sproducing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and

expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas # E- n2 b6 C/ T2 V/ n% s
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude

produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into

+ a0 |0 |6 B( S+ h0 _10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
