crude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell, 0 t3 j6 G! R! I( R
EXXON, BG, BP, Cheveron ....xyz.. oils A, X k. h/ ^$ L

Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few 1 l- X! S; p1 s/ l; q
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
+ W7 u" ?1 K! P0 D% @A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
& d) `7 g/ j7 \; a! xleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and

Arabia.

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is

cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat 3 N+ e. Q: X" M' P
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is 5 b, F/ v+ G: [% S: n5 W' n
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

construction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- * [; ?% D& ~# V9 |
fuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.

available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude & j/ Q) R5 F% q/ E) F3 Y
oil.
! \9 L6 V- r( r. l5 O; Q- T- n) s" N" |+ Y8 n
( |2 g, |' y3 x9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 1 O' `3 n3 _" J1 B1 K6 u
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into 4 @+ q9 i0 c# l1 u/ H9 B4 I( a$ B
oil wells.

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy , c& t# T3 | a( d# h% P
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the ( [8 z9 G. @6 b4 {9 V2 b
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
J7 p( P* ~* V0 ^2 c3 fchanging. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability
