A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at & W. s. c( c' f, z0 B& T
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. * r2 j% F" e! a" H3 N4 D1 l

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face 3 Q u) Z, P, t' e3 G
of so much news. These reasons are:
