these oil producer will go bankrupt or out of the business even if & d; h& R* r: [' V
crude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell, , n# v6 g' H/ i7 O' ?5 P
EXXON, BG, BP, Cheveron ....xyz.. oils

Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few 4 K3 l6 z* i7 |- Z) O
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. 9 ^/ Y& l! E1 |6 j0 Q9 \' c3 c
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face 7 v: D! N. W2 L, g) o, l' z# Q
of so much news. These reasons are:

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and

potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are
K. H& [3 s4 } dracing to produce bio fuels.

are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,

3 c' E, S& T \( Ito bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
8 ~8 H- ]2 h1 h% Xproducing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

older equipment such as trucks, airplanes, train engines, ships, etc.

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

fuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.

capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas ' K7 ~: P7 b( k; l
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude - [0 z% f! ?/ g
oil.

/ n9 w- I' b6 D2 _6 o+ h9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2

oil wells.

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability 5 c3 M8 o: d/ G7 v0 e! ] r
