Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
5 m: }5 C3 ^1 ^# I8 r* f) Cmonths. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. . s$ B- J" z; M
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at ' K1 q* r+ t) W% z. k) O
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. 2 B" N v' G; Z! N

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face ( t) ~; \& m9 j! O! N; @
of so much news. These reasons are: 5 |& @8 P* J! X( y( v

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and
3 C! s# P2 ?: ^in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than 0 H% c+ @( X# J
Arabia.

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. 2 _7 _+ v& b: A

3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is

4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio

5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants / u; n! {* t2 _
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
# k# m0 X) e$ acattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat # ^5 B2 Q- T$ V* i3 u
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is 9 z, N' K2 c) B/ f+ s/ m
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat. ; \! Q& u* @% |% d

" D* m# b( X- O" s6 c6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and " w" M; `! O7 M; c1 ~% N- }
construction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are

will replace oil.

with new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies : r* r/ B( \0 t: U2 A( a
are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new + x. T. Z( d6 \2 Y, m
equipment.

8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to % U' ^' F" M5 |& O
capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas 0 _7 H: _9 g- l5 B) R+ ~
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude ! o e- M9 @! B# t$ M- Y# T% A, W
oil.

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2

price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world

performed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified
