埃德蒙顿一家IT公司需要从中国招聘一批IT人士，由中介公司帮助办理工作签证。要求：

5 O" X# Y) `' m7 K中介公司负责：审核候选人资格、初选测试、向雇主推荐、帮助候选人准备并通过雇主测试，办理加拿大劳工部外国劳务准件、指导和办理候选人和雇主双方的文件并向加拿大使馆送签、指导签证面试等等。办理时间：在雇主录用，所有文件备齐后四个月左右。

个人感到有点象20世纪末21世纪初国内的移民中介 -- 国内戏称人贩子. 说到底就是钻政府空子, 帮忙移民, 赚取大量的中介费. 目的不是提供就业机会, 也不是以做技术为主.
