Position Title: Xerox Account Executive

Position Concept: Xerox Canada Ltd., in conjunction with our Authorized Dealer, Segue Distributors, is looking for Dealer Account Executives in Edmonton and Calgary. Xerox Dealers are a strategic Marketing Channel for Xerox across Canada. The Dealer Account Executive will market Xerox products and services in a defined territory of current Xerox customers and non-customers. This position will be concerned not only with the short term sales activity within an account, but also with developing and implementing a longer term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain the account and also obtain future business. Major Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets for new business sales and renewals. • Market Xerox products, services and supplies in a designated territory. • Provide existing account coverage and development of new accounts through cold-calling and prospecting. • Timely follow-up of leads generated through various marketing actions. • Meet stringent Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively resolving all customer issues. • Demonstrated high energy/activity levels • Increase market share by on-going coverage of all accounts. • Identify, engage and coordinate necessary Xerox resources supporting the account(s). Qualifications: • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills • Previous sales experience (inside sales, retail sales or telemarketing) would be an asset • Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination • Demonstrated systems literacy skills (working knowledge of MS Office Applications) • Strategic thinking, planning and executing of document solutions within an account. • Customer driven approach • Demonstrated high energy/activity levels • Drive for business results and continuous learning1 J8 `+ E. a; k) s) {
