最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体

! E- [* [% n2 f+ V体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，) a2 z% `3 j# c
九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并
X' _8 M6 d" M6 J7 C4 f" T协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路

hassled on many occasions and the group insists they are booked until 10:307 p$ H3 N) m" J$ Z

the custodian to call the police and have your group members removed from& H7 h4 J; t5 |
the premises. If I have to do this, the department will be cancelling your- P* I a4 H a9 Y7 p" [9 B
booking.

have been very disrespectful to our custodial staff (foul language, gestures,1 }$ L. S- m" G _* c, a" o, i
etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure
* t, Y( |1 z5 ^$ bthis does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind/ {5 ^$ o4 O1 p" H, `" e4 I
of treatment from a group using premises free of charge.
4 E' x9 e. e; f4 Z2 N5 Y3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are7 Q& H1 s4 J( U6 @
NOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas
0 ]9 g# p7 s9 @+ F$ Bthat are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every
% T& v8 L# h; H2 |8 e. Y1 r; sendeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the
2 g( {6 ]6 F( n* ~0 e& _% Jwork load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening/ M+ X/ W) u2 ^* U9 p* r2 ^7 D: P7 ~
in the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in% X# D& V/ A9 G8 ~
our building but are expected to remain in the gymnasium area only.
