I have just talked with the technical lead who is in charge for hiring people.

同意楼主的观点, 做维护没点技术是混不下来的, 不象做工程, 本人也在北面的油厂做维护, 有近10年的维护经验, 奉劝没经验的, 这行不好混, 现学有时来不及, 还是打基础吧.
