Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

! O7 X6 ~/ A4 g5 ]1. Transmission flush 219.95
3 F* q) ~) I# k8 e+ c2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
2 b8 e+ x  C1 W4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
" u, J0 V) L1 v1 a4 R
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

+ A0 g' ~6 W% P+ c4 H+ S4 L至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

对啊，呵呵，这些我都做，不做的话，将来还车时候要有问题啊。
