How long do you plan to live there? If for over two years, it is totally worth the investment. B0 C7 b: k* W2 x' g! _# U& U) A: S- p4 N
You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. j& P' w9 f: f0 X* w4 n2 ^5 E 3 }: n C: H' M5 f5 K. cBut even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
