How much is your receiver? about $400? some websites sell it cheaper, which is around 320, but I am not sure of their credibility.
i sell it for $550 plus LNB, The 18" dish , the receiver , hdmi cable , component cable , coxaial cable , usb drive , optical cable plus the software u need .....) u3 J; B5 `8 q, w( b5 `: v

You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. & G9 ^2 d1 C) b

But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
