How much is your receiver? about $400? some websites sell it cheaper, which is around 320, but I am not sure of their credibility.

If the condo is yours, not somebody else's property, you surely can install it. 8 t3 @# v' I8 bBy the way, the guy here offers a reasonable price. but if you are interested, i can tell you another guy who does the same job, you can compare. But he does not speak Madarin or Contonese at all.

You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. # V7 m, G1 V' `1 F- L - W! W" M9 l R! x/ D/ M LBut even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
