We are dedicated to helping Edmonton's High Risk youth population become healthy, contributing/creative members of Edmonton's main stream community.

Our harm reduction program is creative arts based & involves long term support and relationship building with youth. We work closely with other community organizations + employ a vibrant mix of social service experts and professional artists. We are a small (nine staff), dedicated team. / |* t5 K% o: J' L7 _4 ^- e! F
6 L7 a$ ~3 M; i @* x `We have ambitious plans for a new purpose built building, and a corresponding expansion of the program. Are you the one to guide and join us through this process? We are looking for an organized/energetic individual who will lead the iHuman staff in team/leadership building. Who will be able to coach staff in creating effective programming as well as passionately interpret the iHuman "story" to funders and community agencies.

Your skills, as well as being a guide and interpreter, must include the ability to work within a team, create/oversee annual budgets, initiate and develop relationships with funders, write grants and work directly with the Board of Directors in policy and implementation development.'
