' G1 U- M- R. V; v) g We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
- @0 B( V; q* L8 R# _# u
Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
5 i- G  J7 x2 y' M•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
! b: `- P& m, W% A0 F•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
+ V5 V" e$ X$ V! e& ?0 X" U•        Able to travel extensively ;
0 ?6 d. R1 k6 r, A: L$ v& G2 T•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
) V) F% X0 S9 l•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
# o7 P3 x* @# r' t3 o# n, Z+ e•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
