( D6 s9 Q. a  d We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

/ {( R: t' j3 y% A1 oDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
: y% B+ Z% M+ `# d# f. ~' v$ u•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
& B" ^9 [, f8 y/ C, Q* U•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

7 u( \/ X1 B& I, X2 e, TRequirements:
# A- r  P% M" [7 t& s; m& W+ H•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
5 c# u7 s2 g5 F3 Y+ g# y•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
