The pain of our loss is beyond anything we could

. ?& G2 n0 V9 M6 i$ H; D7 f> depth of our loss. That is true. But we know of One
( f+ t9 \/ j2 k5 V6 y> who does understand and. u! m! C9 c; _
> feel our pain because He lost His son, too. It0 N- W3 l; ^- i; M2 P
> happened when God gave the
; K& Q) w2 f9 E) n- a$ L> sinless life of His son ant the cross to redeem! ?- w& \/ y! h& n% |
> sinful lives and to purchase
) t4 M9 @2 s# \> forgiveness for us all. There days later, He raised
7 u6 v- I5 H4 o S: H6 _6 F> His son from the dead
( _, y5 N2 a+ B6 H/ }; _% w6 o1 ?8 v> and conquered death. It is though this event where
" @/ N& c% U' S# U( N& ]4 N3 Z> human history was* @7 C7 u6 I0 m6 m$ L
> intersected by divine grace and mercy that we have
0 H2 u9 O" k6 H) z> hope. This hope, that's
1 E' [/ G* \5 y( U4 w> what's sustaining us. It's not an idle wish, but a
# e3 g" k* s7 t+ a> certainty based on the2 F, u1 o) _- g- \+ e
> promise of God. And this hope fills us with eager
' y- p- ?* w4 j3 h1 H3 j7 y> anticipation and a longing
# \/ X- K+ M A% k> for the time when we shall be forever with the Lord.

& p# Z1 n9 Z' g' ~! B> will ease the pain of our loss, as the Prince of3 D/ ^% \ M. D# N
> Peace comes to our hearts
