o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
& D6 ~+ ]# g, K: Ko Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
) F& \: e8 u2 D& d" @0 T9 r- uo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
3 j L$ u, k* K' {- p7 b5 bo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.6 V; ]2 b9 ` T4 K( m" ]" ]
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department., P/ ~: h. N! E( Y L8 J1 c9 v
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
) j' H* n! H: K2 S2 j5 r( ~. oo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.) ^- l% f K4 V5 B" `8 H% t
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization. m$ }6 y# ^* ^ D. U% Z
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.5 m+ H; O. q8 r% R4 F8 e x$ U

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.6 a! b7 C8 w7 w- ^
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).

o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.7 _8 O2 s$ [& B G

o Telephone and reception.
% G6 v+ y& p! U7 E2 a: Mo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
/ Z( }/ P3 M% F1 A6 s5 I1 z* Uo Hotel and travel bookings.1 o$ z z& v8 e$ U
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary. H, N8 E3 f, e- O! I+ ]) H j
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.8 U6 P$ @7 @( R# E0 Z) [3 ^( s; T

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
