Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2

n& j4 X: e$ ~1 z& {Major Responsibilities:
0 n3 k; p% W* j2 i+ r• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
7 s9 q+ i, R) \% C6 Z• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
R/ F8 D. U2 j4 G• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. 3 a! L0 A0 f6 k' ]* q0 S, W
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.
, f8 c% A+ d2 a" z; m# K/ g• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
% Y1 n9 y' b7 m. E+ F# f8 }• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
4 f; ~# [: U7 _( ?• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
1 N$ n% {+ H2 u6 ]3 c& a% j. |• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.% C, t% d2 E# s& m+ b7 [
• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.9 Y' W2 f r, q4 j
• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
. P2 O3 B1 \, f' ]. y• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.. d1 |1 R1 ~8 b i" \
• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.8 r% w0 |9 y! z% i! ?) T
• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required.
7 `; c* f* @) N2 y& Y• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
. m, [% _# w8 l% V! s& y• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
. D' L" K: i9 n, `# Y+ z• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
5 J% u$ Y. I9 U6 W: B1 R• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential
7 K; F% ]) Q9 ]5 z4 ?' F1 b* ?• Not scared of heights
, r5 w4 Q2 _$ d" @# q8 E% I$ |• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other. Y3 j4 {- X; ~ @
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Demonstrated success in working as a team member.
