1 E/ `+ a3 F8 a  Y4 mMajor Responsibilities:
2 \$ {! C6 P9 ^- l1 `* H) @•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
6 g* D! q* r0 |6 r- O•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
. m1 |; g6 A9 @- p' U7 t•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  : }. N  s( R2 C4 x
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
; ~% f2 ~( t; G  V, H! }6 @•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis./ `$ y: u3 {* c* V# u* m- [
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
! c+ \+ N0 u, r1 D$ V! u•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
* C5 Q1 w. z$ w) R1 E% l•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.! F" J6 T, f& ~3 L
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.* G  R0 t4 X( m8 w+ v: q& W3 w
•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.& N$ V6 L: X" M
•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.* A! M! K0 ?6 D% m
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.$ C) L. T, H7 |
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.; L% W) o% s0 ]4 q4 x' v0 W$ H
•        Other duties as assigned by supervisor.% X& [/ ~! e& o. P

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. ! K/ m& [. x6 ]
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
