f# o, w4 P2 Q1 L9 D( h: bGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.- c) |5 u" k r8 V; \

Accounting and Admin:
1 ^0 s; c$ K! X6 c; r: ho Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.! ^9 t6 a8 c; U
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.9 v% K$ A0 f1 U5 k) C( F
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia." K* H" U, T9 Q, @' e
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
8 p" x6 \; H, J/ _8 O P2 s/ oo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department., b" q c2 _3 f9 R
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
% y% O8 @2 C4 v" Q( B7 \+ g7 fo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.* V: M" B8 |) V$ k
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.7 ^; K0 M& v D$ t5 ?( B# x
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
$ L6 J; r. [, u7 J9 K& j1 uo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).0 }2 G* {- G8 ~, H& d
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.

Clerical:

o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
9 N3 V' R6 @; f# c8 i2 X, ]9 q8 h' X; ?o Hotel and travel bookings.
: n1 o: t6 I0 @! |& P; ^* g0 K: G- Ao Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.0 q% |1 ?4 `( U+ T8 r. e2 b0 ?+ f
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

0 Z3 n# S- `; A7 \• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
