Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2. y! [6 F2 M! O: B' ?5 Z$ ]) o

5 ~5 r% o8 x; G% L; K( X8 tMajor Responsibilities:
/ s8 }# Z \% K- e2 A• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.6 |4 t' I" y) ?+ R8 H4 \
• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
/ o. O) E; W8 E0 l• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.
1 q& `" }" c" J+ f• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.
$ T: j5 }) o" q• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.0 j, F# ~# `- a- @
• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.7 s2 ^6 Z) K: x1 S9 H$ Z
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
7 P$ \* v3 r: K1 M, ]) z• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
! {, y5 s/ w- T/ I; D4 i• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.
1 I* b2 j' L7 P) s• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
7 p0 `& V# E0 {' Q& I• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.7 t8 g2 |- t9 T% L& S: U0 `. C
• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.
# n) _, d+ g) {/ T/ v/ ^& `& Z• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

( Y4 m" c# r1 r F* W8 l• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required. * f% D& [) V. L
• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
! |/ h% l6 m& G• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
* g4 m8 T9 k2 |• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
5 p# m3 U: Y) g9 h* m• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
