9 Z. j! L( C; W: m eGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below., g3 c; z) z U$ s, i

Accounting and Admin:( \" @, @( q: K* p4 A
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
1 P% W" ^# u* a7 io Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
' q) ^! ]7 p2 K. m( a/ Co Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
4 v2 s; p1 A" I# ?o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.2 j$ N! Z* S; z4 M
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.1 {4 T4 b& }/ e# o' R4 S, F9 }5 R5 ^
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.# {5 o, X% L& t1 j
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: h4 w' S, O; Y
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.3 ]) a$ O E% N5 m) G4 p3 @
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.# N1 w. U( T8 ~$ N# k, h7 ]6 g
Operational:
% S3 L6 J- e9 h# f1 t! xo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.- F. O* H* r3 g2 L5 g3 Z: k
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
& q7 z8 s( K" @o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.4 ?7 I% v5 u6 q4 @. w3 a8 R; B
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
& x4 Z5 k+ B5 m; i: oClerical:
4 k( [: I9 T! J' o& F$ y/ g1 po Telephone and reception.
& x8 Z, W5 k% N* e7 k: vo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
( g" O/ i# H6 M4 H) ?o Hotel and travel bookings.
, B- i0 l' A# S2 M/ |o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
1 A3 n" g/ l" g' X1 q5 _' b) n3 no Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.. C* A8 \' W7 Z) d

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
