Major Responsibilities: ) r. a3 G/ r. ^* }3 K# d
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
8 r, X- j. M. \& ^•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
2 b7 k& _" }) e& b$ I' V# `•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  8 e/ @: X, f. T) _
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
& W% q3 g# \8 H) g0 @•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
# c1 f4 y% K3 @9 g$ f•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.* C8 Y1 \8 N9 |. P- H
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.$ c1 m" c  u* t* f# i8 m" p% F
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
( d8 \. V# G" K•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

•        Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

) V( h' y- |/ V; \4 N•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
