Major Responsibilities:

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below., g( c5 C3 l6 B z$ Y
1 G7 t5 U# u9 P" pAccounting and Admin:7 L/ D, @- r2 K, H! G+ K4 @) @
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 h, i$ K% Y6 [+ f6 So Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing./ p. p! p9 k/ s' o+ C- l$ F/ e
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
1 a+ E. }8 ]8 T5 @o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
7 x/ b7 S$ l5 e" m3 b& Fo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.3 f- c* {0 Z9 g5 h+ Y0 H
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.% W( k8 M0 z8 g; @$ I
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
; Z/ f; _$ J% P. Q6 F6 k: |. ho Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
0 J' f" K0 ~) bo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.9 S6 Y/ j4 J3 d# D5 ?' ^5 O; f- Z
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
. i% r# o$ v* So Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.' V: {" V. Z% p B0 J
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception., ~1 B$ p# F0 H$ [1 V0 S3 f
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.1 L; |7 y3 i+ M
o Hotel and travel bookings.
O0 {0 `# C% ^% h3 Q9 B, Xo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.. n2 P h) K- s7 F+ l1 ]8 y% b0 q
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.- S1 X, G. ?1 d
o General office filing.

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.$ A. a0 i6 J! M- C4 q. ^
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.3 ]& A6 v6 l* w$ @
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.7 ` M9 c1 ^* g6 G6 y2 @, y
