Major Responsibilities:
5 L! b  P8 P7 c4 f•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.) W: f' ~' L5 B% e- y9 M
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
% H9 \2 Y; S: Z# D7 E( o& P•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  , D# V/ U3 s+ I7 X# Z/ t
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.& h% i" r5 m8 b$ z/ k% ]; R
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.; x6 `8 S1 I- ^3 u
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
5 j, p5 o6 C8 g•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
- m6 G( C( D- T1 S+ E•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
7 A' @$ U6 i; B: ?  M! E•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.3 l5 C) H& n6 @8 H( M( Y
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.# h0 i1 |+ [! `, d1 X6 l' i' @0 r

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
