2 z8 J2 b& k+ Y# F, F•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.* X' O4 s! ^. Y" ^' ^
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.7 h8 E7 K1 A. f
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  3 L0 m- I) V. p, M3 ~+ S
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.+ m" x9 N3 e2 }8 Y) _8 n& j
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.- q, O* ?8 N6 ^( J9 @2 r: P
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area./ o8 l: d0 R7 D9 x1 c* J7 J! F/ ~
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.3 r& [! t3 P, F: T
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.- W4 e: N# I8 K
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:
/ @. p* u7 k$ v* a  p•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. 9 g  E- r$ Q2 p6 d" t! G7 w
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 0 X# y% J7 Y: u  a; h: f
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. $ f8 B; q$ L' a" D0 A9 t( k
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
