Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2

Major Responsibilities:
" ^' O5 N+ J m, F' D0 s; n o• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.) u5 o+ Z$ y9 z! m' H
• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.! e2 U! _4 t% z7 C+ U1 G
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. / C/ ^. N! w' y) @: M* d7 V) G+ [# V
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office. P3 @& Z. t9 u0 ~0 j8 `6 D, l
• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
* [: y/ b+ p. b% a* J: a, C• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.) F7 ~( E& r9 ?# }
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

* {4 J. e2 v" w m5 e. T• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.
' F f0 X5 G% f- c+ y( d• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.7 m2 \$ u1 F! \
• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy./ y& j8 `6 v0 W- q5 \7 f* O
• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes." l- {9 L; y9 H
• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:
; G- t) d4 R5 R# h• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required. / t! z* K7 t3 y
• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
" g/ D) Y4 k, _4 s+ h. O, x6 \• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
2 S( N3 a. G- O! H$ f+ i• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
* i# o( s, W' a9 T2 S' X1 e6 Q8 d6 K• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential) i0 S: V4 k7 F3 t2 Y. S Q: }3 P; b
• Not scared of heights% N4 e( R) i, x- w* I( X( i
• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other
5 k* o r1 i/ r! g" f' H• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. , Z5 L- Z* @' H+ p
• Superior organizational aptitude, including sales process.* m& n1 ~% p3 {8 {, g; E8 u8 d0 d
• Demonstrated success in working as a team member.
