! B7 r/ E( S5 KGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.# Z- R" M. J) J. H9 C

Accounting and Admin:
/ z7 Z; y' x A+ A, \0 Y# H M# Go Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 C# a4 {% Z* E5 Ho Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.7 M0 P9 B( j$ X( P
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.5 x$ B* ?/ x+ K* o0 \
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
: h) Z a9 N& \4 o2 h( Vo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
( V$ C. C* o3 s& s6 F; vo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
' E. Y1 O9 U2 \4 D! F, w, io Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
4 u. ?( P5 V) wo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
6 F) V/ F3 b+ @6 Y8 To Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
, z( i! i" W; u9 R/ U, \* T4 @o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
# }2 _ V& c" g, b& io Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer./ ~" }# V* ~- Y4 G: F0 _+ X
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.- n2 T' w- {+ K$ [ s
Clerical:
2 a: O @& f- _9 h+ \% ?# L$ b( o: Ao Telephone and reception.* _0 m4 i: n; a: P j. I) ^- ^
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
, H, e+ {; ~5 {" F, y7 qo Hotel and travel bookings.. b1 S4 O1 {+ l6 w
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.. ^5 P9 H) g" U; D
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.0 s; t" C8 _9 q! A* f" i
o General office filing.
4 R9 j) J2 \( z7 w, [; T; Lo Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
6 \2 T0 m- W) V8 g+ ~o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.; w" |* I) A' D
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
