9 l. W4 M4 @- W3 yGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
6 Z" @1 E E& j- Yo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.# w8 N4 N/ @8 b
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
, @8 X, t, H. T: {! b- Ko Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.3 ~: r3 z7 z! G7 _& X1 a1 s5 }
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
5 \3 _! |# B6 I# S% g9 wo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
6 v3 R# J# @: o. H7 J" ro Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.& k n( E# y" z! d% o3 M9 `
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.! f4 y9 s0 L' H P# M
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.0 m$ t8 S! h- C* ]" ^3 s9 d# W6 ]4 n: e% C
Operational:
6 _2 ]4 G a! o, {( uo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
J+ m7 K' ]6 G! `o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
) ~7 J C$ R$ j+ y& Xo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
1 S; H" P* {" n8 c2 }o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
" _5 q; x+ t' V: Z2 x; wClerical:: y6 F6 l& H0 [; f
o Telephone and reception.
9 ~6 G7 y# `! q- n$ ~/ eo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
; B6 m/ t v2 w6 ?7 \o Hotel and travel bookings.9 I0 h, q" q3 Q( D% w$ F
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.# j/ H1 U. I5 r% u
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
