Accounting and Admin:
% I5 r. ~7 h0 ]( T9 Jo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
( ~/ S& a, `8 m" so Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.. v. W* k* ^, a, e" S- o4 y% ?, R7 A
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
2 N' n) t" p4 y/ Jo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
j$ c, C1 b& G$ n2 Zo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
- c, b3 o2 d0 ?- m' ~5 Bo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.: @: S4 K; \$ V Z
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
# P/ Z" y5 m2 y- `o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization." F4 g7 Z+ Z) s, @+ d& l+ T$ {) u: W
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.4 K9 u9 G# C; y5 U# m: z
Operational:
# ?5 D% X+ B% d6 T eo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff., G% F8 h. m2 ^! K
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
5 F* p! |4 a Ro Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.! A; M! r; _6 @
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.+ x5 i. ~( K' k, h# Z4 U5 @/ g9 r
Clerical:
9 w8 t* t$ i% U- C! R1 B0 s+ I, Go Telephone and reception.
& \: {- a. ^9 {$ ao Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.$ s4 O6 ~' B! C7 V4 T
o Hotel and travel bookings.
' g& U% |4 ?0 f; Qo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.3 O7 u1 s% x9 H* B3 Y' t
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.) o3 B |; m& W

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.% x# G$ y; x' F" t3 w& p7 I# A* {
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
