•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.- U, @- |% ^9 L8 l  p+ ~
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.! Y0 V' N. l3 D8 @
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  0 C* e7 o+ T8 d& C
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
! e( ~3 @1 H) _' K) D•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
1 n% Z; T; P, g1 n$ y•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
