Location:        Edmonton

•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
# m/ r6 }1 @* _: q5 f, b* B+ ~•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
: {7 U1 {  z4 V2 A•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  . A% L2 X0 l% O. l" c
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
( h* A; P1 W- ^  z•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.# a6 R. L  l/ A  w% i8 r) I' _
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
* ^( X8 Y! _1 _•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.8 d7 q+ o, F4 ]1 ]$ u& @
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
/ V( w4 L" I0 Y•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

) B1 g% b/ x' I: d•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
! b; X6 T/ t' D: T•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.
