Position Title: Administrator

Major Responsibilities:
$ O6 V. a4 x, a( ]* [, o3 z' t M! a G* @
General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
) H; I! w. X L2 a% s2 T# T# O. m& @1 B3 A1 _, H" M
Accounting and Admin:
$ r- ?+ X' y. s B) P, `7 f$ eo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.0 d* B3 |: X* P5 R2 e ]1 a
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
* ~: u B3 z- Y, j9 ^; c- v3 jo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.. N% d$ v6 G Q/ b
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.+ ?0 l6 I" E: i* _9 M5 _9 u( H
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
. {% O- Y. c1 o, p. zo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
" Y t9 w( n: ^+ to Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing." l' l( u8 B8 S0 g3 b8 L
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.& E. p! f0 D( z7 _& [
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
4 r, f: s; ]9 D& b+ i9 Y. fo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).- M# }- @8 g4 _( q q' H7 y) W: i1 J
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
7 R4 s/ Z- z0 X( ~$ K4 W1 @6 B- C4 Do Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.3 I' J( W0 j+ D
Clerical:
; P k$ r y/ s) V K, g; s: }o Telephone and reception.
* r3 B8 _8 |# D1 Do Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
$ e) m$ S J6 A, S( w6 ~o Hotel and travel bookings./ {5 X. b0 ~- [/ F7 I( L- ~
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.* u# s, d- _; p7 o
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.8 S/ Y- _/ J. D& L6 C7 ?
o General office filing.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment., S) b, r- }4 }1 |
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
