General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:- N8 u- C, ^$ W
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
3 J9 y% \' y3 Z6 Ko Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
; S& t7 K, E7 q& _& Eo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
" ~- S/ X' {3 j8 p7 a* X/ \5 A9 Do Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.! x% ^! F) {) K. M8 f5 I
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
j& B2 v0 {- C# G3 Vo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.5 n4 l" M' z3 ?
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
8 S+ y3 o1 ~, e& A v9 F8 e' wo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
0 v+ g k$ {. I# B5 `* ]o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
o# i: Y( {7 e/ T! v9 sOperational:
1 n x3 k" k( m; fo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.! k( B7 i0 C/ `; T% W' r2 w) V' W
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
7 w8 W0 r1 t* i. g/ po Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
5 Z! {. _; A: B6 g/ c: po Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.# b: _: t; Y/ ]& A
Clerical:0 s' _: B8 T: y, b# e/ x9 |
o Telephone and reception.# X: [8 H* J( I( h) y
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
: m* M7 j' m2 W. @$ Yo Hotel and travel bookings.' }" e- N! F3 K: h4 a
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
( A; f" }$ T( I1 v) ko Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
" N F% {8 X$ S# l+ y- E4 Q- Io Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
