4 B! k$ ?& d' ~0 d d5 ^' `" k) VGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

5 M4 x( U& A/ Y# p4 pAccounting and Admin:
; _5 r1 B$ g {o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s., P9 w7 m6 g3 d
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
3 ]. z6 h5 B% d5 [7 w+ _o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.# ~1 y1 ]* o7 y# N
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
% ^3 `* Y0 E; K, [% I4 c, }o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
3 R8 p! T5 ]5 C) ]3 M8 zo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
8 X9 U. Y( D3 C% i Go Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.# P( { a3 J6 A; u- T
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
: G o/ `) r, `* Zo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
# E: i, ?. B; f. n. k: no Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).& D/ ^/ S7 l& L$ H
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
3 Q) E& F2 L2 p- m7 y( b1 v" Zo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

3 u- g- d j }o Telephone and reception.' |' P$ x$ x8 s/ X0 i9 e9 Z# J( A
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.0 k f# [( g0 m7 {& v% k
o Hotel and travel bookings.
( x4 z4 }; [: b& z* l" Vo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
! G4 M+ F# j/ G# ?4 b: N0 c+ R qo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
