Major Responsibilities:

7 j$ P. n7 J! g9 G* y5 \General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 c, n1 [& I$ o

Accounting and Admin:
- T3 K7 P1 s) u" A: a0 N% Co Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.9 G: C5 p% |' W- Q
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.1 |6 B/ G) s6 d% i( H5 P+ Q
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
7 y; S. i' t5 {- c2 uo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
g' g$ } d- [o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.8 T: m& H8 `+ X4 X1 {3 ?
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.1 Y1 s$ @. ~4 D) o
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.# U0 S7 O1 X9 y* |
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.. ~: T( y+ _. r& W1 Q; l7 \
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.! Z( _/ [8 P, v* P
Operational:
9 x$ V1 R3 I" io Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
8 W4 E8 }+ X$ ?% a( bo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
0 C- |0 o3 H3 D2 }* @( }o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.- p/ t. `8 y2 ~( J; @, p
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
/ p. e- M9 \5 S9 \- q5 {Clerical:& `- T/ v: c: z" h0 \# V
o Telephone and reception.' D, R$ A( f) G2 d# l
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
0 c% F8 ^4 y5 A" L2 |! g, G3 [2 z, C% Vo Hotel and travel bookings.3 b+ g1 k& [, K/ n7 M
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary./ h. K% u* \% y/ c0 A
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

; ^% ~: d* B& R7 q9 d• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
; X/ g1 E7 q- v0 ]- O2 C3 o• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
