Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

Major Responsibilities:
( o' K; R! I" f) x/ A" ]( c0 x9 Y+ L•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.% b$ A+ V8 e7 m+ z$ m  [' K
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory., W* J9 p1 `9 q  e; E8 O
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  6 ?' A- M7 C# x; u1 x% l
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

* a4 U, f& U& Y' Q% B3 n•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.7 Z4 ~* P7 S! P& s
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

1 T# k7 M' I3 p$ @! B7 P, i•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
