Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

8 x3 O" _- a, r& {1 D0 pMajor Responsibilities:
4 J5 s7 e6 E2 N+ c/ u6 f3 R* z•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
4 C" W- [% Y7 r7 b8 N9 s5 _•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
3 V) y' A$ b5 V+ e# f  z•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  5 p9 L) S% i) u5 h1 d
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.2 z* p& {. c1 d4 U, B+ h! k
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.+ `+ l: ~; d1 b" Y0 f; [0 k
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.& s$ D+ ?# y* I  l4 O- I
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.) e( ]$ M3 d7 _8 t/ l
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.
