2 G4 s4 ?; t: U! |, @, J3 mGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.. R6 m6 i; G2 J" k1 h& {% m
& X4 e2 N( }- T7 wAccounting and Admin:
3 a T: D; N. \$ \. a% do Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.' E( ^* z3 N3 O2 F* M
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
8 [- V1 J9 I# @' |: |o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
, W3 K7 j- |: e6 k; E; {' }* Yo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.$ X9 }5 D; _5 }% G: o
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
, J4 b+ e% I8 n. w) Po Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.0 @0 h; y# J" \
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
: Y) ^3 c% `' g) t0 qo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
$ n" O. C4 i- Q0 {o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.* [& o' |7 Z- y: F8 \. d
Operational:
9 U" @5 X# i, [8 N9 |o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.% [. g7 W. ?7 E" |+ Z: G4 q
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
+ |0 B/ P# n7 |5 |4 e$ \5 d. @7 Ao Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.+ O2 L# o5 R+ ?9 R. W
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.5 C" `+ A* T. \$ J
Clerical:. ]6 U" P7 f2 F6 f; T0 h
o Telephone and reception., y- L: R( ?) ?( g, A) u
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
3 m4 r6 p8 n' r: a! Do Hotel and travel bookings.
1 `3 N- k1 I5 e3 J) X" No Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
d, T. ]* ]; C/ l3 ]) `6 ao Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.( F j/ m$ b9 r9 O$ G
o General office filing.
2 H u/ q S* So Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
. D0 S3 T8 t* u; {' N! ]9 u5 `o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.1 u! Q0 Q# @: e. ]' {
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
