General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

$ D+ ~, V. }5 c) X! h. \Accounting and Admin:6 I$ ?1 u% Y" r7 R% H( U
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
3 g! T! m! }0 R1 G' Yo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.( b$ R0 k9 m- L5 ]6 s+ K# g# |
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
' j3 \2 N" |1 q1 e/ X# Lo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
# l; ^! z) X; h' Q- s. ]9 i4 Y$ mo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
: Y. B2 B4 M. no Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
$ ~ H7 \5 \7 U+ X; s7 N' I ]o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.$ I, Z, b; c0 }. ]' P
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
! w4 @5 x2 B/ go Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

: t7 t7 z" b2 N. ?. t0 X% So Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
& V. V9 j# N0 B, bo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
$ f5 s! d% _! k# r8 q Ao Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
! m1 i- c0 A! y- ]& K& zo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.( Q, T6 w5 ~. b/ m" W3 @
Clerical:
% `9 a% w+ l6 r9 W- Q" M ?o Telephone and reception.2 E' _2 Z6 u7 ~# D" F K( G+ ^
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.' A9 m# z7 H: X" M9 v# ]. c( @5 x
o Hotel and travel bookings." A" |( R4 p0 j" L
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
; F3 y8 x- q5 |4 Xo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.( i& W+ y- s" K6 x, i1 B: L
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
