Major Responsibilities:

Accounting and Admin:
0 m I |; {% a$ B2 D9 Po Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
0 `( _: S% c1 Y* z3 }o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
" A) i9 l6 s2 K" H5 E9 Xo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
* e4 o/ i+ T: |# r! s2 I2 \o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.6 L& I8 u! ]1 W* @ G, \2 e( P
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.) c& N; q/ L' I6 ~4 A! c
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc./ l: m) P8 ]/ M1 d9 W
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
. P2 y9 y4 ~4 j' ^0 Q/ @0 ]o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.% p; t$ E$ I- T2 ?2 q' h* R( h7 a
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.( O. P0 Q/ c2 E! S) R( y
Operational:. O1 Q% g+ I# n- n9 f
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.4 m" e* s: {4 A; B" N
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).- g1 v) `# @9 h @- b, K! D+ y
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
: O: I" ~2 W3 k; t' G( Co Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

" Y, d! l1 h- G" Ho Telephone and reception.$ }, S+ q+ H# U+ W# g1 Y [) o
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.

o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
- L" d+ m) Y& H# a, w; \6 Fo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.0 y" J2 S0 P+ L; }
o General office filing.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
