•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations." c% o$ K+ E- @# R5 {8 L
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
  Y% z; b( ^6 q7 `8 I1 A  c: P•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  ' o4 E. J1 P. h1 [
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.3 {  A7 ~/ n3 }8 ]( I% S
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.1 }( p" L" Y. ~) u0 y0 ]0 m
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.0 u- v/ C3 V/ |

•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.3 h% n1 W. K0 J/ v4 u- [
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.9 Q/ @0 E# O- N1 ^/ n- @
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

$ U+ b5 d) P/ q: f; E+ m•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 0 ^2 E* }' e8 o( V
