: L( D, t7 ]7 R2 N' _; P1 U6 CGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
# c* T7 ^+ u5 M7 x) ~+ n, G9 Ko Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
" Z. O; w& V5 G* w3 [o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.6 Y& q+ y- w# z# p% M5 w
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
; A2 g& h3 i& M# M! E0 G0 }" }o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
# B, Y1 C' M6 }1 go Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.: u" z8 u$ W# f* O2 \; l0 b
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
3 A4 V! z9 W9 c$ io Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: _3 h4 ?& l) g% d- h
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.: k! R- n# q# b) z& y) ^. x5 Z
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
3 L! V: n/ z$ z& V9 ^Operational:
, q& \8 i& P" a. s+ H; d5 y1 n5 k' Lo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
: c7 L! L+ n% ]1 X) g) h/ P6 zo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
. R0 x& }) _5 L! G5 \ }* eo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.9 _1 k- u! n. P: J
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
. Q" R, m+ W( p3 }' _Clerical:# T5 q9 x: k2 z& z3 h* ^; j) l
o Telephone and reception." i% b6 F3 x4 u7 O
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.9 a' ?$ J. {; }" r% ]% ~) `
o Hotel and travel bookings.
/ s$ h* a! O, q" Y, ~o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.) _1 G/ g- J; A% G
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
