Position Title: Administrator' F, { P$ \) P, B
Location: Saskatoon

Major Responsibilities: ) T& g3 _, L7 u: [4 M# Y2 z
; S8 \" g7 i& V. LGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 E4 u$ H7 x+ H8 A+ ~, ?

Accounting and Admin:5 j+ x c0 c. l' ?
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.' [' ~( n w. b! t- g1 D3 Q
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.3 D# Q6 y3 L- p, v4 K. U* h
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
! c+ I s# S2 vo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.- n) T7 K6 w5 ]+ q { Y
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.# o1 i* x" C" |. k2 @- C2 w
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
5 X, p4 r) g, B; H! d4 jo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.( K* T( c! z; ]1 v
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.+ G! `) g& Q/ f, m
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.; }( u9 g5 b6 @6 _" `
Operational:' I) U/ G& I- m0 s4 q
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
7 C/ y2 U# j$ X9 F1 G7 Mo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).5 u+ Z9 a& P% f' C* K8 W
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
9 _! B$ p4 `( f2 U$ [& |o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
% `3 A5 H% q, `6 O6 |Clerical: K2 G, z* p/ Z/ p
o Telephone and reception.
6 f" U0 t, j% a8 C, w: {, xo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
3 I$ V; P4 A' P+ Ro Hotel and travel bookings.5 {9 p* \& s6 J- W8 X- k
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
) u- h% |4 U* P3 S To Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.9 s% m2 T# U ]2 j4 g" e
o General office filing.
% d5 F, i# D* s" `o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.- D7 W7 R. J& a; M
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.7 z; M" a1 c! K

: V, k4 c/ f) K# v/ f$ R• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment./ U, P; M! R- ]

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
