Position Title: Administrator

Major Responsibilities: & n, ^, h! ~9 j5 o$ c; {3 v
; w+ e- h- I, K! H- U+ DGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below., g$ c5 {3 K8 ^
' g7 G: W5 U# g* XAccounting and Admin:: O9 _; ^, F% s$ c2 c( n- |% ]
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.5 H+ i5 m5 o @ ^3 }
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.& F' y8 ?0 k$ Q. I' K, J
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.2 U2 e0 }+ P% S0 a* _' w
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
7 H4 u4 u1 p( _. x( So Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.$ R, F$ d9 M) h* g3 u
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
. z+ M1 R" z: B& a, n4 Uo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
% l" }# B$ g2 e% R; \7 m& Ho Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.# i2 [% T( i$ }
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.- Z; R6 \* Q$ i. [4 S$ S) f
Operational:
* N0 `' {) k+ V7 o2 g9 }o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.+ R! k3 m" V1 i6 a9 s% Q
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
8 m, ~, V i- Q0 V" i! Zo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer. u" C e2 J" I9 n6 O. X
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

& |2 x) W1 q. _0 R. a) _* L+ \+ Wo Telephone and reception.
. L. M$ y2 P9 uo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.

o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.# k3 Q$ d7 X& Y$ Q
o General office filing.* t( @; p2 i- V& b2 Z) ^/ f
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.5 k" c. K2 d }9 g/ N
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.4 M7 l7 @. u; _! G" v

# ]: b: m' X2 k• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.* o, B2 t* q N4 S" Y( J
• Proven ability to show initiative.
