General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

# k1 U* k) Y" m4 V% x V7 oAccounting and Admin:
% {& S* m* a: s3 x0 {4 go Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
' ~/ y6 ]8 \! y4 J; }5 Lo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
- N. b5 M& ?: q9 M0 B' j9 qo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.& Q, u! A) l0 b
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.( i2 V( Z; k, N
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department." ^2 B. B* v- j; _$ t9 ~
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
* `* I* [2 ?: w0 H+ uo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
C! j* R6 `# K) _9 D$ b3 jo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
8 B: M$ s5 o7 ^4 Bo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
/ r' R8 D% Q: hOperational:# d4 } _) ]$ d! z) Z9 ~
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.3 g! d! k U/ s: d) Q4 W7 c
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)., Q' p$ E L2 v4 S0 @& `7 P
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
: v v& c# K3 d' zo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

6 f7 J, ]9 u) e, }o Telephone and reception.2 ^2 L$ j# |( u* F' } ^! i1 {; u
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.3 u# |* t" Z8 l
o Hotel and travel bookings.' Q. z1 G+ f& w/ s2 ?
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary. Y5 q' C! D. i+ w0 ]
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.4 r% ]! g; V; Q$ m, {6 C
o General office filing.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
