Major Responsibilities:

Accounting and Admin:
8 S# \# l) r7 G- I1 g2 E8 d! ^o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.$ i& a1 x: [2 f: [) m$ s/ s
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
4 ^' Q, E( S6 U' F8 y5 _8 Fo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
/ H$ q6 C0 J6 V3 D7 io Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.# m7 v# T1 h: |
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
: _1 ~$ ^$ X7 o+ Oo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.! b, k) Q) V; `3 q: _2 }
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
1 q5 J% V: c2 n' C5 xo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
! W: ]% P2 s/ y1 B2 k3 t, Y0 @; po Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

& Y. Z+ H2 O% y0 T+ L0 l5 V2 mo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
: v% s7 G' F1 e8 a( B% V! V2 qo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
4 T# \9 e( k% B2 r+ \% N+ S' Mo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
- o7 N; k% ` B1 q: F) ?* vo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.; F u* b& w4 p( [2 Z0 k
Clerical:( @2 ^ a" x# H G" b' I% i
o Telephone and reception.( Q1 t* d1 E* D5 V- ~9 @
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
3 p3 y1 x2 i3 Po Hotel and travel bookings.
\: I% ], q1 G, p) Qo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary./ Q0 k3 K' O' _/ m1 ~
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.# _ W1 @/ P- w2 E9 K9 Z& @# a; x
o General office filing.
