5 M$ q3 y+ `- O' f6 T- Ro Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
6 J0 P" v6 t3 t- Oo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.! ]3 t9 M% a" j2 ?, N8 d* [, [
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
1 Q5 a3 m1 {0 G4 ]& uo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis." A( K3 N. {0 q( y
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.1 I2 P+ Q, b3 F5 a" B6 a1 ^! O
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
% [: T; e' N6 mo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing., h9 y( H5 P+ s3 K
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
0 U, |5 K: I& [o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
" B8 ^3 F5 y9 L6 f: p# d5 C4 Co Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.0 V( U$ U0 R$ R# ?
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.0 S3 Z+ Q3 i3 E5 r* I) l
Clerical:
- }8 H; ~( K% B& i7 ?) no Telephone and reception.5 D6 n6 [8 M9 y0 L& t
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
- ^ r$ x. r/ uo Hotel and travel bookings.
! ?+ J' z5 x0 V. t( M6 @9 Ko Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary." }8 `. P( v2 M) K
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

) W" P) Y% g% n4 \2 Yo Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
