Major Responsibilities:

# G. u8 z9 @1 Q- b! J- T3 _3 l5 s9 }! oGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.+ b. d" R% d. T0 N! S

o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.: k! i0 t- N2 {9 N
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.1 u2 l; k& P* `
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.* ]) v" F- F' f* _2 P/ T& w
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis." U3 k5 ^3 Z7 ]% [$ a Y( _
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.6 E6 z1 M+ d; Z2 o( h; `. P( j- z
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
: e7 M6 y+ ?9 W9 K4 W/ Io Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.( E7 n+ o* v. b8 s9 \/ E" T- h8 D
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.5 v7 H \& Y" r* B! Q9 e
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
$ u- E, V1 i3 L. b! |Operational:) B2 Z0 q0 K$ p4 C: E
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
+ J5 O8 g" i& o$ y9 K4 xo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
# Z/ Z* S5 [9 \$ L5 ~+ Eo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
1 r, ^* J E- }/ Fo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.5 J( M7 ^' a b9 e
Clerical:
0 F5 t+ ]. a# so Telephone and reception. f- X- P& i3 d- x; {
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
& a" U; V4 W( H+ l! xo Hotel and travel bookings.. F; W' X+ Q6 b9 @
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.; y6 r& m0 u/ W5 A# m" Z# b
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

! x- M: X% b: Y8 R& ]* e8 Qo Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
; t p, Q- E9 Y# R/ W! @! Q9 P2 Go Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
