Major Responsibilities:

! ^4 i* \ K6 c" AGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

8 D1 O: w) Y7 b0 pAccounting and Admin:1 D5 R# O1 U& j( u: s; H/ C$ ?
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 S+ e& Y- ?; a5 n! i3 To Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.3 v& x+ s; f7 V- A$ U8 t% m
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia., n- a) V/ a# S( V3 U! T; Q
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.3 u% G& [+ @1 j; f
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
6 ^: ?. t, ~# ?, Y' B) D: io Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.0 \' P s0 \1 ]6 ?8 {: h
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.5 \" y& v! K' X
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.2 u3 b9 `7 Z: |" L6 H/ y; j
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.- j0 H! A4 C$ Q4 O
Operational:4 u/ S( X5 h7 p- y/ H4 R( e6 n
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
1 V* u9 Q" d: vo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).7 Y8 g5 ~' Y( S# d/ J
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.: d x8 D8 o5 b/ S9 w) l& a4 w
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.( c) n/ }. Q# R
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.

o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
$ l9 g( M9 i8 N T6 n4 k3 B) eo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
