?9 g8 G7 L* P, vGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below." k2 S2 v( b* M) @+ j, V
0 F& w% z3 b& ]$ BAccounting and Admin:
. N+ U7 g# s2 J! J; T9 wo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
& H0 \$ ?' l7 eo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.; z8 X, }9 @5 B, W, h
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
" |3 K- t* y. M/ yo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.9 N: E" ]0 G& a0 |0 k
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
5 F$ [- P+ t4 u) c! Do Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' M7 e, z6 P( U% ?/ R' u
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.3 R( F/ e! h3 R/ O$ M. t
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.5 d" K$ W, @3 n# e/ c; k, b6 q# T
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.! Q3 Y* o! Y: t
Operational:
9 c O9 z. q/ y- O' N# P$ @o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
+ V, k, Y/ F: F, }o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).8 ~, ]" C0 y" ~3 _' l/ W' N
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
# r* S% R' f6 F. F# {& j ^o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.+ u# w1 D- I M' a; U
Clerical:
! r. V' T6 p5 k/ ao Telephone and reception.( p' b2 v' I Z& }
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
. G7 O- a3 U& s- E% w' `) Vo Hotel and travel bookings.
( ]9 Z$ R4 |5 a l) S9 ^o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.* B, ^2 l: a+ m5 f4 E1 f- h) y
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.5 U, G Y; g- w5 t: u1 e% |' Y
o General office filing.9 t2 J" @. `2 b- K; v5 k! M
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
3 E m& J# J; q$ So Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:
