: y* w$ ]. u8 N. e( O6 \! BMajor Responsibilities: 1 w3 _" q- w3 |/ [- b n
• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.- L$ p' d6 n8 {) Y3 X
• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.$ d5 l) N. ]; {8 V
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.
8 d! _" u: ~9 o1 F- {; m• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.
! [( H5 P- o) _* c7 `4 d. f, w• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
; P* @' S/ e; k% |. p- \7 J6 ?• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.; g& W8 L \4 ~8 p* k
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
/ B( _6 q/ x1 }3 o- @1 x• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.6 x; e. m" `1 ]
• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
: Y- V- o6 e; o0 H• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes., L8 ]5 Z x9 W) `0 C; D- V+ Z
• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:9 o7 z' O5 {# m
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
E* z. |# w, L/ k) n M( n2 `• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 3 T: K& Z; g ~
• 3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
; V% k4 m( x8 |$ B. p, \• Mechanical/electrical aptitude. , x8 ]9 J; e! l' K$ Y0 ?
• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential

# o+ e/ C$ ^! Y- c$ Z" P- h• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other
