Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2

Major Responsibilities:
8 t+ P: E, m0 z: T# i1 s D+ j• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
8 a9 g0 x. N3 G$ v* S0 V• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.2 }) b! r0 Q2 x; S1 j
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.
2 h& i5 a1 m3 |+ H, o; K; G• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.

• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.$ C! Z" ?9 R4 b
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas./ t* [+ a) z* v/ w; ?
• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.& M- f$ r2 c( U
• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.
# O: y2 |9 Q$ ]4 m% K' r• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.! V0 C' W! E' m
• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.$ G, ^5 i, z, [3 M) D) t! Z
• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.
. O, j4 T: k5 J& S' ~2 F3 L! T• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.3 {$ {- W' w: M' m2 k+ n# I0 y
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required. 0 A! q& y+ ?6 V5 B5 U( a
• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 8 U+ G9 U r, i' V% |7 m( c
• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
" D3 k, F& B2 z! ~4 J( L2 K6 f• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
9 \# m j% ~4 z& W9 Z3 D• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential' x2 G5 m9 j7 [$ [) q+ J

• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other8 F: l; `! u% t# ?3 h; S g
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. # U# J6 A7 s( s, p( q/ N
• Superior organizational aptitude, including sales process.% D# d- K/ i7 R( i: S5 O
• Demonstrated success in working as a team member.# k. G% ~3 E* j
