General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.4 f7 U# ~; Q: p" c7 H) s! S4 Z

Accounting and Admin:
! y- n/ `0 A1 F! d2 g9 E" ^o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
" F0 Q3 o% x a: E! @o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
1 t; R, A; E) o4 uo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.. w( h1 ^8 W2 Z* E+ J2 L# r$ J; C: E
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
0 @4 `7 Y3 J! o, v- d5 H, Lo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
/ b# U. r" {7 m; r. po Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.; O/ J. m3 i* b# G* v
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
- y5 x& w y% Y: G" N7 so Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.1 E# F- z( ^; N
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.

o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.0 U/ ~9 V( P' N
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.. e& l" w+ W: l) A6 q
Clerical:
_8 h) W7 v, O3 ao Telephone and reception.
& e: h. ^# _: F: lo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.' G) f& G" q. V9 f; {9 L
o Hotel and travel bookings.
+ E* m. o" _$ o9 ro Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.$ `( U N: B6 ^" V
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.: i! \' a- e. X- Y
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
