$ v5 q& A2 ]/ ?' q& p•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
7 R8 `$ {; \: ]% M$ ^; ~•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.5 ^$ z  Z2 f2 Q
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.

•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

8 Y+ W" ]  z# ^% Z•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.$ Y2 L; P  X7 R, e1 k* ?
•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.3 ?% Z! _3 R$ d% y7 q5 P& [) c' K; o
•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.- N. ^! X0 p; G- W
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

Qualifications:
$ W' j9 c+ K! [$ {) b•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. - r1 b- ~. m1 A
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. ' c6 L1 T1 r6 P, @+ i( o; |
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 7 ~$ z8 F  Z2 {7 r
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
$ d; A% K6 P7 ^# ^•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential
