General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
3 a3 t9 t; N* L, P" H( s3 j" E+ D8 D% ~- Q4 a% s
Accounting and Admin:
# B" ]$ k6 ~! S, oo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
2 Y. {) s4 s; Y u" f# F Qo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
; e7 ~ `) }2 B; X1 L6 yo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.2 h# I( Q @; _, s7 t: U" P Y
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis. X: ^9 z5 X1 a( a: w+ a" l
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.9 x/ ]" s1 l- d: M
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.3 S ^& C* U; e$ x! G$ `0 v
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing." ?* y! A& w8 [8 @5 [/ A* R' t' N' R
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
/ M- i' e6 H: z& t; w: J6 e* ao Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.9 Y5 Q- f, H1 T: h
Operational:6 e2 [/ ]# A" N% k
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
$ }+ k2 ^8 b7 Mo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)., F+ a+ D. G9 q- L) }6 T: d5 S) r! F
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.! K( w, z! u0 r. O. Z
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
& Z- K z, l0 z2 g# Zo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.3 t. ^, T1 H @1 f' T6 N1 U
o Hotel and travel bookings.- D0 m- l+ g2 m5 @% e0 K3 C
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
7 i/ d! W1 x/ `& r7 Y. Z, ^- [' bo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.3 X% X- c1 \3 U( C& M1 v
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
0 C" ]5 h1 q+ V8 M% Y0 V• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.6 h8 D. I; Q4 h4 u2 Q' H. {
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written./ w. q- ]8 H* A9 c! c" F4 K$ k) t+ E9 W
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.1 G" y( T. q/ F9 W% V. b! W
• Proven ability to show initiative., N2 u& a0 s# f! S3 G
