General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.$ \) q( z% H+ f* Q' d* h9 i

Accounting and Admin:
6 b6 S8 H+ _8 W b7 Z {o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s./ d$ o9 i! _2 r& S. P
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
\. _8 X! @! Ho Receive P.O.s in Glovia.4 L& C) z3 d& o; M2 S. Q
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
/ y6 G& {" ?) e: u5 K9 co Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
3 j" U) e6 Y' ^# r2 Wo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.0 h. K2 ~% r4 s4 y
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
, g5 u7 R" Q1 {: E' }o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

. P# O" I, ?% ?9 co Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.

o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
+ S/ e; |; b% po Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.3 s8 J. n5 j1 q; M- C0 @9 C
Clerical:. L6 \# U3 o, s% V. n$ i
o Telephone and reception.+ Y( k t( `) P! S
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.- {( M+ F m0 e, N2 b) ^
o Hotel and travel bookings.
4 e6 `' I: {; w( F* _0 V$ Bo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.* U3 J$ v3 M$ j- m
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.
