Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant+ F& B0 I. Z& Y3 f4 Q8 y

# K3 m8 i( ^1 K9 e  }' h* dMajor Responsibilities: 6 I8 G; y- S" l
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
* p) j2 ]$ @" _  A: L) x•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.: |3 P# ~0 w( }. E
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
% P; s# F' g. e9 _' M•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.! V  D1 Y; U7 W& {. n) \
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.% T6 ^. J4 i  o+ X0 F: F
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
4 T, X4 ?* H+ ~•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
5 T% R- z( I" R3 h( h( a% g•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.5 [( Y; U: K7 j
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.
- E: e" J! k  ^9 W6 p•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
4 X$ @7 @- Q0 E" j+ c•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
, W8 }  J6 }; m! c- P•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.0 g2 Y7 j/ \( ]  [1 u
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.+ k& u& o* \( x2 S3 Z; }  s

Qualifications:9 h$ h: I4 A; z: E5 s7 p9 P" F
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. $ _) ?/ }: _8 R0 A3 C* f- O; ~  p' Z
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. / Z- v7 _' H( c( [) ?( Q' h4 e' E2 L
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 4 ?; d) J+ F% r; {5 t) W
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude. 2 \: T: l& |8 s. V! L( D6 }3 B
•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential
