Major Responsibilities: / z7 f/ P* f# P$ S9 G- Z+ g! }
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
1 ], C2 c! H3 T* p•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.  @+ T* w2 u" U! }6 V: R( m
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  1 E$ R7 L1 j7 ^' o, x
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.) E& \8 T7 q2 F2 m
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.2 f! [- t0 T$ A! N; @0 H! w& K
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
& `; ~) S( ?2 v% L•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
2 @3 ~! O) q  h+ B( L9 z1 q! M•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.
