3 M) A+ |3 ~: E: T, TAccounting and Admin:" k4 ~0 Z8 \/ x T
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.: @- \& p4 L$ n5 D8 M9 x6 ~, l
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
4 Y+ _" K8 Z1 @' B' uo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
0 n# \, A! m% U+ a h/ mo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
8 ]( N6 T7 v4 _o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
8 l, T m& R% t+ s8 p1 to Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.5 x, ?5 z, t' Q0 ~2 h
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
: o( Q8 P: A0 O+ {4 g: M& [o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.9 G) ] ~4 T" s* ]- L9 m
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.1 Q& v( ~4 M3 y1 X
Operational:
# B6 Z O$ \' u/ H8 `) Uo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
4 A3 d7 ^, z" t* X1 K1 f7 go Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).2 v! [- p: }! W( N" n
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.8 ~3 S& c c+ @2 |; H u4 y
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

8 \: |7 o2 Z2 \4 X$ T9 v, Jo Telephone and reception.

o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.3 d1 m |4 L( x# ]+ W' H( Q
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.( v. k8 X1 Q$ k3 {

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
