•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
7 ?6 D# U: _! I- }( K•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
; X. |2 v: E* n+ T+ N+ Z$ d5 J•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  8 ^  B7 R' R+ o6 X2 g2 k
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.' H& G  {- g' l; s( _
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.

•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:# K  L: ?" h# {
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
) W" G# `7 l( s0 e! p- r/ b•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
4 C4 j1 I2 w7 O6 v•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. / q$ S( t" q$ X8 [' _0 j' \
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude. 6 z9 f2 |5 t6 O7 g# K
•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential- i! e+ @6 j  p. V3 W; U
