0 m0 S9 j! }! N' i+ eGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
, V; t/ D( [: vo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
. Y6 y" G+ s" Go Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
7 K( A0 J3 P3 ^3 I7 oo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
8 ?& S. H6 [% _6 n; T co Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
U7 V; e, L3 O* a, k( c* W5 g4 to Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.- ]: [ `5 H Z8 M$ P7 C6 ?
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.. e- p4 c0 o/ U
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.4 |7 ]0 z; t7 M# s
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.4 T1 h+ ^3 {' ~& G+ T7 X! d
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

8 y6 q3 M/ W4 r+ Mo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.% v0 D' W1 t b4 ^$ j) Q U& L
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).6 m$ Q; @5 l2 R: S
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
" X1 K9 e! i* no Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
' W( O# L S, i+ c: MClerical:' ~# g1 K1 B. \' ~- \0 y
o Telephone and reception.
+ I4 D9 D# y. J/ E" `; s3 R; I+ _0 Y) Zo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
" U! ^. \! H) j1 }4 bo Hotel and travel bookings.+ ? a0 t E, ?4 J! c
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
3 h, W+ Y! M, b; c4 g& Mo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.
1 E+ j1 O2 t& ?o General office filing.
# B, c# {0 b% V' _, z& a7 k! _o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.8 v4 o" N+ H, P
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
