Major Responsibilities: & k o5 h7 n5 W% L" \3 U& h& H% P* Q
1 \7 `4 Q/ a2 L$ DGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below. L; B( C* I( s" u: @0 Y5 u
1 I: u# J# D; O5 i/ b
Accounting and Admin:% m, R6 y& s( O6 Y0 f
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.! A/ U; H! w8 Q- _
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
( @* @) m& s/ j* t5 x9 Wo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.* z, K, J1 ?, h. h ]8 @
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.- C3 ?% A) t4 y
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.7 X/ o' E. X2 W2 Z6 p
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
; n9 N" g9 h2 K8 f, G2 Mo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
1 c& e, N) D% V5 k( k6 {o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
7 H4 z2 f! L) @o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
$ _' s7 D/ V' ?) c5 r& S; cOperational:
' w0 n1 p" N1 S. r8 P4 No Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.+ U+ o4 |9 H" w8 Q2 i
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
6 L! s1 a* L, g, b# Q+ I4 _+ so Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.+ d( u; L+ t' Y0 }
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
$ q6 t. ~1 G& @# o; po Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
; O3 P: f% `1 Xo Hotel and travel bookings.
. w3 T8 |: V. u/ x# y0 Q. k+ {o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.1 g! L _: A, _; } F- ^4 S6 j2 C
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.8 D! E! s0 v. C4 r

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.6 p) l. p+ u3 l" H5 l$ I

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
