Major Responsibilities: + k6 i% a) x% a1 Z, a
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.; p' F0 O% N! U
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.) m- J. E) {5 ]# Q) D7 a
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
; Z; @+ x) d8 g& f4 _* r! M•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
4 E# w$ ^9 q' W9 N6 Y•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.& U  H" {( V4 E/ Q: J2 U
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.% g' h% P' W4 J, ^9 s/ E0 F
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas., U* m( `0 p8 T; _
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.' w; P1 h9 @7 R; ]" F
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes./ L9 p" e0 G* W
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.
