Major Responsibilities:

: `0 a6 A2 x; \, nGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

+ ~0 [. g& a" s7 ?" yAccounting and Admin:/ p/ p: b P( Y8 J, {* P5 `. P
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.: _' {7 M4 P- G
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing./ `2 W L* t: l* u$ ?
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
1 ?! p2 T2 F7 yo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
/ E+ m" O) j7 E. }0 H' C+ Lo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
1 \+ h E- A6 X3 x$ x' r, X* r3 uo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' Q. }! O! u5 ]6 |9 W' B
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
& h7 t' a0 t& uo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
V* i# ?' P" @2 k9 O. {/ l% \* eo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.$ i% p0 ], q, q' m1 |: Y( N
Operational: v- x- v8 d D J6 F+ _* ^0 R
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
0 [7 w' r( g1 q& U9 v5 zo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
2 n; Z( A. E+ R T1 T" w `6 Po Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.6 S( ?) i! g/ Z% t' B; f9 K
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.( i% [1 {: H/ A+ i. Z
Clerical:
- Q/ G* P: d H6 y, co Telephone and reception.& }" k0 V# K0 D1 M1 c7 x
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.4 D) a! P! X: K
o Hotel and travel bookings.
1 o, V3 r' B# `! |' d( g3 E& To Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
5 y( E1 L7 T, s) a4 i; E2 O! io Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.; [7 N5 Y% P( C/ \7 Z3 P U; y4 y6 ]

Qualifications:
