•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.% o8 Z. [( V3 Y/ |" t6 E. e
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
+ O( l# o) z$ C+ t- e% B•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
: p4 X  k+ D3 |' Q) M( F•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

Qualifications:1 I4 m: A( @- j$ ^1 d7 Y# x( B
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
