General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:# G, V3 O* A, Q# W6 l! {9 m: Q
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.& J9 a+ _3 w5 s; Z7 A4 X
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.! o# N2 T, {; s, J' J+ k8 z
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia., M/ p1 }# v/ ~9 Z. a
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
! n, C: ` l3 C8 L9 {: ^o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.9 u9 H. D: U$ t, r( m4 ~& U
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
% O) \% s* M9 Ao Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: h# C+ J/ b0 T4 j, D( o
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
3 I% V- l: g7 q) ro Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.6 o; y1 D: F5 D& [% c; Q) |5 n+ v
Operational:
& G$ G3 _) C; I% b0 l) t0 Po Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff. w$ b+ }; g$ a6 v
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).6 I- v# Y6 M, p
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
! i* G) F% V# ~ eo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
& n! I; B( w/ a) |& x/ _Clerical:. w% R( w* Z F b* U/ G
o Telephone and reception.
" |- x6 a o/ ~6 l" q, h- po Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.

o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
% Z1 J) }( B; U( ao Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.' n. Q0 X7 C% f# l7 t
o General office filing.
