General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
: N, _, b6 K# ko Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.8 r' a4 P" B, w0 h: [0 {
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.7 w5 p! p# e( t/ [
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.1 p% s# _& U- w1 i3 D% g
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
3 i, M) ?+ i% y5 z5 i3 X! so Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
. _) R v4 J4 i5 K4 U. R9 }$ ?o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
* Z: p9 B) x" vo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
: n7 p+ l) O+ ~o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
4 A2 A$ @5 w8 p. T' x% Z6 } bo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
/ a9 c/ E6 Y/ s; o$ G IOperational:5 N/ o! M5 S, g" d
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.1 P' d: g3 @) g6 u `
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
# d" a- p1 p/ M& i" Ko Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
! I) @3 g9 @$ A0 z8 Ro Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
- R) c$ V6 l; s1 D' G7 V/ O; ZClerical:2 K0 |7 f& \8 A+ m6 ]8 S8 M
o Telephone and reception.# {# D! `" H# o. z6 d. ~
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server./ F% @$ O2 J$ _9 t4 u
o Hotel and travel bookings.
: e1 q; m, z1 A2 u" c( c6 o8 ~o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
; w8 O8 s+ E1 _6 S* K) ro Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.0 I; k% [' D N$ _6 `; Z% t( k
o General office filing.
* G" Q/ Z: H `. ~1 o4 J1 Qo Filing and archiving of closed work order files.( D& r; O2 L& V# Z. y$ U, w G
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
