Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
, X) C  s, K6 [! ?$ S4 T1 @•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
2 C6 }* i' ?" e2 C•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.

•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis./ a; t6 x; z0 X# j# ]3 K
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.) r' l" ~% B/ F3 |
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.9 {: J$ U* u# u7 v
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.: P- t* `4 x6 i0 B+ r4 |: p
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.  M) l: e5 s1 H* d

# Y) C' E. \; o) q•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
