General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.) u* L' J; {" m7 V2 C; r! n/ i5 \

Accounting and Admin:1 i/ f3 `, k3 x# J) v* K; I' ~
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
) h+ W+ Z. f/ Y) }% W$ f; ko Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
" @7 m% @" Q3 X6 S0 ~/ co Receive P.O.s in Glovia.$ b+ h8 @1 [) [* |& ?
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.. Y; p# s9 {: q1 ?( K7 U
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.1 Z0 `- u: k. d F+ V
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.& P$ F) Q( Q ]7 z7 ?1 ^- v
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
$ `1 c3 z A- d& ]! H V8 ko Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
: }% n, j) o2 Y5 Z$ S, j4 Go Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.% _7 I( [( |) h* O; j
Operational:
; F5 k4 c j; Y: ^3 Q- V8 no Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
x# d) b% n# a) wo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).2 m6 w" w. R* q% Q
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.5 ]- o, G+ I8 M* q
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.4 }5 ]/ Q" K1 Z$ d G9 U
Clerical:1 m% q% X! G3 k2 N% }6 b! U
o Telephone and reception. h/ ^: j" i0 ]& m2 J1 s( E3 R9 V
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server." |) q$ |6 b9 S3 w5 ]0 f7 S& w
o Hotel and travel bookings.

o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
