Major Responsibilities:

0 `8 u! F6 [: B1 w$ QGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.2 N/ E) q7 l/ ~ b O8 A
, w4 ^" }/ s4 L! d. FAccounting and Admin: F$ F/ J1 O! D: F1 X: w
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
. T, x, v# N3 _. Yo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
4 O2 t. h% y8 P4 i( W8 G2 Z8 C% No Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
" f) ]: q" A4 k5 v2 R9 Yo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis./ w: |- \, O/ ~( E7 y# G
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.$ ?8 g% f3 {' _8 t8 j% Z. S, } k
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' y* @4 S% Y$ N
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
# \0 z) p7 K2 ~: r8 Go Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.9 z* x" j0 G/ V+ s
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.

1 |2 g4 B: T! _" d5 R8 t- v5 Io Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
6 U0 u1 B7 X3 Y8 G. O2 Jo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.9 { z; P, O: D9 }, a T
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
* ~! l! z6 w$ H3 ?! G" {% u+ ~! Ao Hotel and travel bookings.
" d) |% f2 [& D5 Jo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.$ f u$ N5 l2 \9 u2 V& s/ A
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.+ i V+ q) t. T; a
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.1 f% i6 L- A( ?; ^) A% U

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
