Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

Major Responsibilities: : {$ K# a# ]) Q/ V$ A7 N
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
9 ]7 a- j+ U. F' E5 q( F. o•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
! I  ^4 y! b) u5 [; ^1 U' h•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
# D# {( u+ ^7 _4 y" N1 O/ ]; ]•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

+ p! v4 b5 j/ G/ t  K•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

Qualifications:

•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
! a7 W. j* O% I, H: j" _•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
