; g4 G2 C5 l5 \3 ?General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

& M Z/ m; D: Q/ G8 W$ P) A- t- DAccounting and Admin:
, J; y. R! H- F( b9 ~o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
4 W# T' @ d5 R. d. Do Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.8 D v- ]/ }* \; E$ t" L
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
- f8 @2 \8 C- g7 i! e8 qo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.8 O) {- p9 O9 ~
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.5 z. v h, Y7 Y y4 q1 N$ l
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc., v, n/ B0 _* I$ d) v' k
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.7 {; i& A/ R) n" B8 V8 g$ h
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).9 K3 O6 S+ ~3 ` K) A+ e) U
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
' [, H5 [2 e2 vo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
6 Q- G: a" m% D$ ?0 vo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.3 ?# F9 `2 C9 V; y; k
o Hotel and travel bookings.
* d! S, `. W: g" f2 f. _" J% Ho Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
$ b/ |) I2 S1 l6 U+ z* G' wo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

) Y- y+ @' o4 _7 Z3 N9 g0 R& Y• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
7 B/ S% F" y1 }% d. D( \9 S, q• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.6 _# }1 q- E7 t3 \
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
9 v- n! H2 N1 P$ Q! b& W• Organization and multi-tasking skills.( P( }( X* G8 u- Q7 _
• Proven ability to show initiative.
