0 [3 z1 D7 O" n5 M, j) }Major Responsibilities: ' m4 ?1 }* j0 O& q  B) K: w3 D
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.* g( b0 F7 J( _! [% K6 ]1 l6 v
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
+ ^/ T; p6 U. E, c. G' Q; ?•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  * C$ b3 x0 G: w) h
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
5 K6 G; q; c# R0 M) _•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.9 L0 W; P' {  K( O. T5 h; x
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
! S6 x) @) N$ y  L- p+ l% c•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.' \( V/ v0 b8 g7 D" m
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.9 a7 r) D1 Q9 L4 O  L( C; P
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.: g" }6 _; b3 q, M
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.9 i% ^5 |% v, P+ w' {1 F
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:' E& U3 U. T% C6 V
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
* z" z% \# n$ G8 ?- f) `. {& k•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
4 ?: d+ x) u6 }( E•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
$ p( f! i0 O' Z: v  ~/ `7 N7 h+ H•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
* W% E, \* p" V& a" A( P•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential: i& P5 C% B" Q1 z( D) l
•        Not scared of heights
