Position Title: Administrator

Major Responsibilities: ; i7 g0 R( ~2 l# H: c q
! V* h i8 Y% f* x8 V; ^9 z2 nGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

/ ]. j( Y. a( c: M3 jAccounting and Admin:
; M$ Q% n0 X- j/ @, }' ?4 |o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.# s ?1 k+ J l1 C+ J; U& t I
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.: I& l7 G6 \/ }$ q
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.0 J- A9 H9 `' Z& g6 t; t' H
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.2 t& w( q4 V4 o3 t r
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.3 c& q' |4 j: m A
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
. y% H4 v" k8 b2 \$ L8 j, Ho Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: q% e% l- M2 Z9 e. e6 \% Y6 T
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

Operational:
* b" [4 f# j/ l4 w Ro Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
9 r. z5 R7 D* L( b6 j! Fo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
f+ Y' |" f# Q) A, f$ p8 F; A8 @5 To Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer. w8 E% D1 } W
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.6 Q% r2 X: [2 D: E0 S0 @, }- }
Clerical:
# k2 U9 K1 f* ho Telephone and reception., C& W6 a: S6 K
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.) b' H- o- x6 p) w7 i
o Hotel and travel bookings.
8 b. T: O9 J: h2 j, P0 mo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.2 W5 e- P9 G9 _: l9 |+ C6 @
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.; r6 o& B8 E* S: d# a- c, f
o General office filing.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
