General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.$ s; p- R$ x7 ~" _& g) u- D
, m+ B+ _/ C$ h0 r( O* ^Accounting and Admin:, [6 R, l$ c2 q4 U" t2 B7 E- v1 x
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.& |7 e9 Q4 p1 C( P8 W
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
" S5 e. [8 U$ D% V6 a3 Ro Receive P.O.s in Glovia.0 `7 L7 U8 u! e& c6 g" I1 Z
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
: O2 N, f+ I& w0 qo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.( N: n9 F1 ]% p: f. \: d
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
- t# j6 T' Z8 n! ^% O! D$ Wo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
( B) K3 J% g9 T. Io Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
0 t2 Z6 ?( f/ Z L' t9 K' do Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.* T$ L: X% X- \4 y8 d
Operational:
8 r: i7 z, a F; D$ C3 u2 z. Ao Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
( J: @& L" B, Ao Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
h: s6 m* R$ P2 n! ko Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.4 W" K3 L( z1 D: d3 b$ L
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.8 F! n: f" h# J3 ~: w/ p0 c' y
Clerical: B+ Z& K2 J2 w, d
o Telephone and reception.
0 I2 |( V+ |% l* Uo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
$ U+ q$ i% g/ c- O X- A1 {% go Hotel and travel bookings., l9 Z+ {" {: }9 W' w5 e" k5 W0 d
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.5 y0 h3 j3 L) `+ U$ c9 f4 Z
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.3 O: @# O7 ^ m& O7 }; E6 b& Q; }

• Proven ability to show initiative.
