General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.4 \* ^* \, p4 m5 U" n( l

Accounting and Admin:" [& F+ a: A$ E' ~2 |: L. [
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
% l' q: ~) y& R6 p1 H! s4 v6 Fo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.0 s# J0 C M! s' ]( u6 W% |8 ^5 T( Y
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
$ n* u! h5 R) P- O7 xo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis." \& V2 y1 t9 T( p! S
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
. m/ L% Q, X& To Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.8 l2 j" q" F, R0 ?4 H
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing. P: o) V9 P+ |
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

Operational:
B+ V: E& M# ~3 No Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
& k b; z1 d' a' D- Bo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).2 l/ Q- w) q2 C9 ?& z
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
6 O) W1 U% J8 e2 Ko Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.0 o5 e1 g. s5 u8 Q! Q% o* ~
Clerical:8 t) r2 ~/ J6 D5 R
o Telephone and reception.* d6 N9 `0 s8 e0 B0 M/ G
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.. d$ V# r: a( V7 c* J8 {4 F
o Hotel and travel bookings.
) n, A3 ]; }5 z4 }( O Qo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
9 s& Q# g# u. E5 Y3 | ko Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.0 [# P- w9 i a8 [3 i* ^, q
o General office filing.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
