Major Responsibilities: ' |" o8 S8 U* X# E
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
- N8 r/ U" U" G' ^! Z5 {5 f2 {•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.' N% `! [" }5 }3 ^/ O
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  # i8 h  L& s* S7 o8 T0 r$ l( q
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.) `5 E. M) k# k- X. G* m, @
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.6 S$ U' _2 E' g- `  M
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.) q( @; O, l' z# h5 a8 M9 p
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.! ~: t5 ~5 I6 K, I  H) w5 R

•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.: E' V2 }0 N) H
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.' k; m3 a6 a0 B6 h4 C+ Y

Qualifications:
+ {6 Y! [# Y3 M( ^$ @% h•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
, j3 ?$ z) o  T! M•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. ( j* }4 _# x* D- ~' {
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
/ |. P, K# _& D7 y) ~/ ~* u( r/ P•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
+ x+ K; d7 r% ]  J# k' o•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential
