% W* Y1 z2 v( w, ?4 p9 IMajor Responsibilities:
- E- e3 l. \7 R: R# U* T% {• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
; Y! x. J9 Q6 c R, D% r5 d• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.0 a2 A) O3 i8 q3 h6 h$ D* U
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. " g- j6 z# J4 \
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.5 L c. h, H! Z* p x. f
• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.1 h9 Q$ R7 s$ z: M0 W( M& S
• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.2 d7 e& W8 o; L p# g
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.; w" \ B( a* C% D+ V
• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
0 x$ z; h# x& ^1 i; S4 Q• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.9 H J$ k; [' c% R& {- N
• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.& j1 q2 a. S) J" @
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

% L" J+ L" @/ ^0 l9 C& N• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
2 _4 U/ u1 M: [: V• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. " {" ~1 K7 s& T+ T# {
• 3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 2 e# o9 @0 U) z8 d1 R+ X
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.

• Demonstrated success in working as a team member./ A$ T( H6 j9 n" t; I
