o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
8 K- C3 n+ S1 ]& s1 [8 x" So Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
$ t" w0 x' k* o7 d. m4 ko Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
' H5 }1 Z& f2 Mo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department." T7 ]# Y8 W6 d. B& Y0 u3 A
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.7 x8 m& o! v: h5 s# Z
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.# _+ y& k* N- O$ F6 Y) {
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
+ l( I/ X; h4 m1 H/ jo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)." F( T% B/ h" i& |5 J
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.+ z" o& ^; o- w4 i0 h) g2 w: W
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.* n/ q8 u( A4 B" a
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
( u0 n$ F: C* p; n& N" {/ to Hotel and travel bookings.
, ] I' s2 M* |o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
) P' ~% A& H: S/ To Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.) K5 L$ H) _# B* t4 ]- q; F

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.4 @% }; q" y+ m( s# e
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.# \/ H6 q D4 i4 \
• Proven ability to show initiative.
