+ L$ n. X" H5 s9 i) h: E: y+ m& vGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:, G( e* z: @; V- I% A% b. s
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
4 ]" M @% A( r) B e% Fo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
( H' U { J& P: P& I# xo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.# W+ o: M- ?6 q4 ?" e2 r
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
; y$ x5 ^# L. Y, p7 do Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
+ [) u* {9 r4 b9 r4 jo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.0 c8 P* N& M% b; \
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: N. q/ J/ n# B
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.# b; o0 U0 P( y2 S/ g. m' n
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.$ s4 d4 v. o. x
Operational:
* q6 z/ J. ~- |+ V4 bo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff. E) Z: P9 T8 g, y0 S6 f/ }! s" G
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
6 [6 \; h/ `0 Lo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer., U2 W/ O! N$ m' i/ ]9 c
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.; q+ l+ Y, v# W$ U* x$ q8 c
Clerical:
) C& k5 u4 @4 f. n0 u) Jo Telephone and reception.
: C% ]6 ~3 f( z# Ho Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
, _% ? B- p" L& po Hotel and travel bookings.
; w8 Y1 m9 B* k- C; @) G) To Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary., G4 r( K2 e! j' @* S- o
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required., z Y# o% g! R5 A- ]0 P
o General office filing.2 L/ Z; ?. T: P/ j" r
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files." X! H+ X: s, }* t
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
