General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.% ^0 [- E) o5 a- }9 r/ u# A

Accounting and Admin:& N( c3 w, E, | I( Q% ~& R
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.4 z2 r* P% g9 l- }: y& |6 n
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.# d: w' ?4 c5 W0 d- b
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
. |* a/ p* p# Z8 \* t; Vo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis." ^1 @( \" V4 L4 W5 G
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
+ b+ H/ C- v; h" lo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
: ~5 V1 k/ x; f+ m# fo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.; s+ N7 u! E8 `" j
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.* o& \- R% d9 X0 T8 e2 g7 ]) R) H5 K
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

+ g/ O; W$ L' L( `6 N2 W$ w, Fo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.+ @: V S# P+ O+ v( K1 Q) `2 m
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).# C, ?# U6 M/ I! l
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.% o2 K# `2 O2 d: `8 T' j/ k
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.

) m7 ]0 |9 r( A$ ?o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
: U6 |+ @1 N: Q+ ?0 vo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
