' o. D+ T: f; L9 @! O6 j•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.' ~- h/ @1 Q8 ]+ q" o
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
( ?& E- @' q0 E9 f; X* w. I•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  + @1 k: r1 t1 Z+ s
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
" U# G% W7 p' s  P•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.8 g1 a$ [0 l6 ]  L% x
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.2 v& e6 S1 U( D! z
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.( M; O. a) `; t' s
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.  _/ m$ ^  b9 f( H6 N
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.) {3 M7 X6 V- H7 k6 `  |
•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
4 ~( U& r7 P" v2 L0 U•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.2 e3 S3 y) {/ v& s
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.
6 T. ?  q- {3 S/ x7 L9 f) \•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:9 t6 B+ V( m% D- x7 v- P5 F2 c
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
- \) `3 k/ S0 n# T% Y•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
' w- A: E5 ]. l( }•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. : |' F8 h7 C& [. \( b" R
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- L$ T5 U: }# T' a) f& r•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential* B$ z6 X4 W* Q" a; B  a
