Accounting and Admin:4 P, T2 n3 }' L
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.. s' E5 B7 Z/ ~" P9 t7 t
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
+ {8 z5 D" ?3 p% [1 f% so Receive P.O.s in Glovia.6 c" r- Q" Q h5 k! Y: b
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
7 [; i. {+ k3 }+ [$ A. ao Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.0 V4 j: I1 w4 E
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
: C- \ P U: A2 k2 m( Xo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
9 Z- N, k4 q5 q5 S3 uo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.' O$ l' p+ [5 l5 w( f9 ?4 @
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

8 c8 R; e" x, b( A. Go Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.

o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
3 }. U) o0 v7 n" G5 c4 xo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.# |" _8 _7 p: S
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.

o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
J( o: Z/ i/ t( Qo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
