Position Title: New Equipment Sales Consultant7 P& L; w0 Y* Q5 s; _+ {

9 z+ h+ B, a' J. q' w& e; CMajor Responsibilities: $ K; U# H; \& z
• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
1 Y9 {; e; ]- _6 n6 t9 n* \• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
; `/ _8 e, w4 K• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. - G" }! O9 A: Q! \0 c; d1 p: l+ R
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.8 e2 L2 N& i* j0 l( u _3 b
• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

; _7 K w* M! k) }• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.+ c' M: O& F- q
• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.
* U/ W- Z% o5 W• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.& \2 b. z. J" { P, x
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.7 E2 B1 V5 ~5 W9 [ X. G4 b
& V, N; H9 p" T1 X" `* x! cQualifications:
+ x$ y$ o4 {3 Z8 g' @• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
- e* d0 n6 I# Q) G8 W• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 5 u# `& I) Q% w* N" c
• 3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 2 Q# {" I% c y8 h+ o
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude. 0 b. @5 W8 S0 h9 D* a( I
• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential

, q5 r2 d# r" a/ {/ c• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other) c) J7 _7 f! r# Y

• Demonstrated success in working as a team member.
