Major Responsibilities: 3 D5 R: W! @' ~* r' c
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.& `& r% r8 x+ D, m4 q. y# F/ M
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.! |* }; Z# i2 R/ A" t- D. i; H
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  : Q) C8 [! Y/ b+ g) H5 P
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.5 l* Y, T" e2 \
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

; C8 X8 U6 ~- x' j•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.) j- J6 e, \0 e# {( ~1 T
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.0 C( H, @# _4 h
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

Qualifications:
0 k# L8 r& k9 T) Y/ V8 I4 T•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
8 a8 ~: O. U5 _  h$ }2 l•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. . V; d- U. O, B. r
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.

•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential
