* Q/ P/ A9 m1 S# J, rAccounting and Admin:
+ \2 X& j Q4 ~) o( w( a7 Jo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.+ A2 x" g9 o6 X/ Y# k
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.2 |1 k! M' o. v1 N" z' {2 ?
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
; P4 d9 d% o8 lo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis." \5 d P# m0 y1 F3 `
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.: f: O$ Y# o( j& R$ w
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.8 o1 r$ ^: |- n5 C% Q
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.7 A: B$ p! h( Y
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization., \6 o6 Y l* ~/ `, X
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.% e% d( d; ~8 A$ y2 ?' \2 r& j
Operational:
' ~% }- v& T8 q$ _/ g! h, do Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
% X ]" b: {7 T9 `o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
3 ^) I9 u& f; s6 S. Oo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
E4 o* |5 d6 g. S4 B* J8 L$ Jo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles. N; A: Q8 H. {7 m0 N, N
Clerical:+ a- b& O% S) _* R- o2 r
o Telephone and reception.
( c1 D) t* K8 B0 Ao Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
: y' ?+ N0 Z1 O* w5 x% X5 l6 K% o& |0 Wo Hotel and travel bookings.

o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
