General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
- v+ @5 B1 D# {9 J; A( zo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.! u2 q/ _# E# T
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.! K" F M+ _- b4 Q# Q
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.# F/ l. t+ @4 i M
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.$ y$ A5 X4 n( K6 E+ C# O: k' I* \8 L
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.1 \( I# Q5 f" F6 G9 I7 _0 N, l; h, y
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
# ^; T) l( ?2 \) ]( Y$ co Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
3 {4 C7 ?8 G$ `' o, P7 T- Io Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.1 V, @7 c7 T8 m( e* u0 Y" p; {4 y
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.. z' D: N. D4 g, _: f+ B
Operational:+ V* {' c# P$ }& {( h
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
. p1 C) P1 i" C$ k: j3 X6 ^o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
3 E; A1 ?, s) @" C5 P, d) Q2 fo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
) \3 }0 A8 F" J1 ?5 E* O% M/ y# Io Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.* ~3 E- K3 e2 k. }
Clerical:
- {2 C, P: ^' `/ l/ E3 |5 b; oo Telephone and reception.& I3 i1 f" d4 _1 t Y
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.' G+ d& X8 G- I$ T0 m' x& @
o Hotel and travel bookings.( }' E! {. ~4 ?- `, J/ b; G0 x
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.7 H# U# {) ]& C4 \$ P- c! M2 F
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.( E+ E# d% A& x3 Q) v; q( N
o General office filing.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
