General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
" d) L) m& V7 a" S8 i, M2 x7 ~4 `3 s/ B2 @9 M6 V% O- J
Accounting and Admin:1 U# ^( g7 E7 M, n7 u+ w& w& ~$ p
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
3 ?- t4 c* X- y: C, ~& zo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
' A" y9 c/ l( b5 R" o4 E+ s" mo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
' \0 Y( z! U: x% w |o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
, ^- E- e% y* \% ]& ]o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
$ V |; w* `: K$ {' D) _o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.1 |2 O% |9 d! i# R- s& B
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.! V' n# p$ K+ W7 v/ W
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.) k5 q2 ^5 A* E; a
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

- B* [$ R7 n+ Ao Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
/ x" Z5 {9 `/ \, K. N) [ G5 xo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).% m C6 D( I4 A; a
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.0 z0 f9 Y! {! s* y, w
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

0 V* ? s3 Z$ c4 q) J7 F. A3 `! ao Telephone and reception.; @1 E* a$ t+ ~1 J6 M# }
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
1 I( Q' p% W2 X# @( no Hotel and travel bookings.
$ |7 |- g7 d! Y/ C0 Bo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
" \8 `( }9 }) Y, ]0 Do Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:
