Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
8 j; W) C* l3 A•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
  \* Q+ U6 S1 @) t( I* G6 ]4 R4 Y•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
5 T0 j) d7 e7 ^8 I5 ?•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.& V+ B& o# _- U, l6 f
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.2 `% t2 x2 a) F/ N3 y- \
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

) O3 W3 y  h, M6 O$ S•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.. P* v. @- q% ]3 y, ^

; v# j0 F9 e7 V' a9 M- O•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
