Major Responsibilities:

" H5 J$ Q) N+ A/ K6 FGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 O5 e8 C! q; l# R, p9 U
- R; y& |/ @+ S# V5 \8 `% Q3 H
Accounting and Admin:
; F" s* E; i6 v/ A2 t* Ao Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
2 e. d0 M" F4 P! }5 ~2 H1 B7 W2 ko Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.; m {( W9 y$ L# D8 k
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
: a3 n B, R, J$ g& ao Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
5 H5 \0 I! N, ]% ]- B& Jo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
( f" U+ t# b/ D1 S; E$ N2 zo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
1 ?3 e( A) s+ U6 o+ ]o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
: n! k0 `+ S4 r; M$ W- U! [o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
* _7 ]; P- _7 B+ L- i6 P+ do Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

2 A; N* W( W# ]8 q4 ~& F ho Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.' l% z+ q9 ^$ p5 |% ]& X
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).0 Z, E4 v, i- Z t% W
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
; }+ Q3 F r: R( C- l) U0 Po Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
- J$ y% r: c$ X+ Ro Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.1 B7 |- a8 V; L& c+ c: O
o Hotel and travel bookings.
: ~/ H7 P F4 [8 r& Eo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.6 s* [3 B; v" L2 O) j, c
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.; d$ Q& B8 j! O+ u: u2 A% m
o General office filing.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
