6 s' K2 s9 m+ DGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.* x e$ X9 }* _( c

Accounting and Admin:' u9 v) {: U& M+ q
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.0 c6 R4 i$ d" N( B1 g3 B
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
8 B. Z- G( D( s1 z% x' g- Z$ xo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.3 O: s6 G7 ~. o; D4 [/ I0 F$ I6 l
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
( \6 L, S Q) po Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
+ G, i. e$ O$ E# `) _* n/ lo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.0 ^0 ~) ~' W8 S1 P" j
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.( c% v5 l, }+ k" O* R# o& O
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

Operational:
, D- a3 G8 m4 v8 Eo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
0 t% \! t5 g! U/ ~: x) A: Fo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).' H; O, d# M2 ^0 r. P& I0 r
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.2 [$ h% r: \9 ^3 ?7 ]7 ?) o, w. S
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.: ?- h0 |1 L n! _, ~+ f
o Hotel and travel bookings.
5 a/ D* h; P/ H8 X0 ^9 p, R+ Ro Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
M$ q) O0 G, M8 D$ s# to Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
) D; r9 o4 ]# W% ?o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
