Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2

• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.; O( D" \( J0 ]
• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.+ y# O0 ]! T3 D7 e8 s
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. - d) @ l6 C: z' P* T
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office./ }! K& C% G# E3 k7 j4 e7 S
• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
: B7 [4 e0 U, ^1 H: j/ w% _• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
0 Z9 J, Q8 d! r2 p e• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.- T5 E: B+ m9 }
• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
' X% K( x3 k) M, U3 G2 Y4 n! x• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.' f+ G" \$ T7 f
• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.
! U: ~( {0 _' W* r) D2 \• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required., a& ?/ G/ Q/ n5 y6 }7 }) b3 ?4 N% X
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.5 `- y6 ], }9 w
$ `/ W- w( B' W n! n* R1 _+ RQualifications:
9 D! a* g5 }; M9 Z" B0 s• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required. & r2 _: E: C9 e% ~7 O( ~- T
• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 6 E4 w0 P7 \5 T f
• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
6 J0 R ^" F( q0 n, C• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
6 z& K" g8 x0 `; M• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential

• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other: j1 G5 ?9 Q& V2 J
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 7 k, {8 {* y; ^7 x% G# C
• Superior organizational aptitude, including sales process.+ ^0 j2 Y, X$ W3 l3 ^4 V8 U# _( m
• Demonstrated success in working as a team member.
