General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.! e7 }# @0 {" z0 i
1 H/ A9 [. Y" x3 ]
Accounting and Admin:, C/ C' J/ k5 G" S3 ^; \. S
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.: a( ?, C2 {& R- P
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.* l& v/ c N: y
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
( t- y" b0 K; B: Mo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.1 L/ @' B- d! a
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
! [, x& R$ p) d1 U) to Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.6 E, J" S9 ~7 n _, Z; ]: \
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
; R1 ` J- ?) O% {* g; O; |4 io Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization., I% o5 [: d5 {, [0 M
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.$ p O' Q2 o6 [
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).& {# h" j* J( n X' v
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
+ K1 p2 Q; I3 Vo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception./ |1 |( n) Z; t3 r( b+ d" c
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.4 y$ {' k Z, z2 g/ ?1 W
o Hotel and travel bookings.
5 x; W/ f9 O V/ S2 ^3 so Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary." ^6 j6 y2 U# s- m
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.
