Major Responsibilities:

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

, Y& i) u; F9 g6 B" f! hAccounting and Admin:/ ?4 @9 y3 T5 u) b
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.' d Y( i$ _4 y% r+ ]2 c6 w- a
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.3 N# v h5 `3 O) J) ]9 [
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.* R9 q% R/ Q) J' d
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.: c& K" J" i- N! ^
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
2 D. G7 n- A# |7 Q9 v4 D% d" N+ i: Jo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.0 n" a4 K( i& k* n% W, i
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.3 O/ V9 z- J$ ]2 D h$ A
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.% i, v+ Y6 B+ t) K; T! X
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
" z( I* D* E% ?) X7 |o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.

Clerical:( ^! O2 L- I! A1 Q6 K
o Telephone and reception.3 s5 |3 Y# x1 i4 H. m
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.4 e$ s5 X# g/ c' h. A" A
o Hotel and travel bookings.2 V. l5 N y5 h. G0 h% H, b$ Y
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.4 d2 @: p, n. P( Q6 P5 u1 m1 d7 q, x' ?
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.- H% P8 h$ m! `( R. @
o General office filing.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.% _ P0 z) x i6 q( u) ?7 }: g0 h
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
