, Q9 ?* e; Z& l& {, W% C$ tMajor Responsibilities: ' k* I7 s6 B/ K- n( v& g
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.& s9 X+ T% Y  s. n0 l: O0 t
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.2 d4 @* A0 b! y
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
( L; Q7 C9 \( `6 ?- v•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
6 c8 m: Z% ~4 p/ f+ g5 |•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
5 m2 I/ _8 E8 G9 ?, G•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
+ h5 s6 K8 a7 [& f) f" E* x•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.( F9 p; L8 \7 A. R4 A

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
* ^" l( z, T8 v7 ]•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.6 P* C. G% y# i1 f( W7 e
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.3 i* H0 t5 T- G& W8 b5 d3 d
•        Other duties as assigned by supervisor., ~4 g2 a0 h: `

Qualifications:6 i) v- P# Y; z8 R- @4 z
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. 6 k+ o/ K) F, ~- ~3 m
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 8 R8 N( [/ p0 E( z
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
