General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.1 J5 V7 u0 M# o, l! e! z) V5 _7 h

6 ]8 c( [# q! |4 V) V7 Q, To Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.6 Z' m! R9 h$ o" }, A) x
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
: A0 N' S- U- Y% e+ so Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
# a t# B" O0 j) u; M* n# N# |o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.) k" o9 e1 A( F3 C: m, G6 [. o% [
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
, v7 t! ?8 C' _) ?o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.% g0 s3 C; o3 w9 _4 z, u; `
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.% l: c8 \9 G* p# P" D
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.' {8 ?' M, F6 a9 k
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

: a- z) q/ x- F6 W* z5 |o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
" K6 ~' a' [' Q- \/ M5 Io Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
. J, i1 J7 i. j5 u, w$ ^o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.: x6 X: D! m3 c
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception." M! I8 `7 \; W4 b
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.8 r6 w/ G: p. p
o Hotel and travel bookings." a0 l5 }5 {9 b; @/ \$ Y
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
& c. t# W6 a; f( J8 [/ Io Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.5 [: _8 Q7 G8 c/ R) x! D M
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
