Location: Saskatoon

Major Responsibilities: ( R" `. h% S. M

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

3 r+ x5 n% J; V5 m4 ^( _Accounting and Admin:
9 g+ X: Z3 s: l5 do Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.5 ?, C3 |% G) [6 A4 h4 o* D
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.) v1 H$ K- `8 \' H. r+ L
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.) |2 i- k% b' m) U7 x9 l- z
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.$ c0 V: |' l; o) P
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
5 u, {/ U! m$ M9 so Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.; C q' j5 }( w2 p. B2 b9 K8 o! G
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
0 [1 W ~' Z& p; w( G: Do Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
6 L5 G1 u$ [ G+ q, V* h' _% mo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
6 m! [8 V% s6 W0 ?( x% f8 }Operational:/ ?0 ^4 [( w) g$ @9 |4 ~( ?
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
+ Q$ h# l& t: r( }! K% No Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
/ i9 L( q! r' b# ~: @o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.0 `( i+ J$ w' u5 m2 e: |0 @
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.0 W* U K& W2 S* W7 I2 R! r1 r
Clerical:
5 X; k; | E7 R+ uo Telephone and reception.5 \% m9 t H) n
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
1 _: q$ {6 L) to Hotel and travel bookings.
+ `7 C! r+ v+ F! b6 U3 _o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.4 A4 m" ~+ D( v1 L
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.- c; e0 i% E/ j7 [2 D! N$ }# Y/ Q
o General office filing.
m# R6 @6 _9 {7 V( l3 O! Jo Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.0 H9 V% c" T0 P3 L1 _8 x% D+ F

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.6 u# {7 f+ L9 k& l Q, s
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.$ P9 \3 |4 b2 N7 H2 H
• Proven ability to show initiative.
