Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

Major Responsibilities:
5 H9 e8 G: M. I* ?•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.* r, b" U6 W7 c7 V
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
' L9 G0 w- C3 n6 O6 s5 U- R& I9 o•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  0 n+ y+ ^0 N+ d$ t9 x1 N4 ?
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
5 ^0 Y# I3 E$ [•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
4 _) L8 F% b! d. o& H•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
; G3 z: y6 Q2 j4 s•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.5 W3 U# g- j; r6 `- Y4 ?( I
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.
