, H) ]" q' T# `/ l6 fMajor Responsibilities:
. H' h4 B# x; A•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.: m! x5 [% L% s: c
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
3 X. e# n- C7 Q" L3 _6 D; r•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  ) Y. |0 f- X4 ]- r& Z
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
6 z! }2 n* H6 h* t: e•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
/ X5 [% e* p$ T: H8 v( O•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
! h, L. t+ l" ~•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.( u' Z3 e+ O( j5 H' [: N) d0 G
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.1 q8 P7 ?# m; ]+ e
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.2 ?2 S. X  n  i* r
•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.

•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.) c8 c! M  K4 l
•        Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:- C& Z2 Z/ @% k: z' m
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. 0 T8 m$ e- A6 y# ]! T' k' D
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
7 Y9 C, q4 Z5 w7 B. o•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. $ u* S% p8 ~9 y  [' N3 e
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
2 u* z* ~, |5 N, W! X+ u# u•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential  F0 y& W# s5 u8 X% `! _
