General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 \1 k/ j4 b1 L, f, u. L7 c
5 L3 a% K+ o" W/ \$ I+ IAccounting and Admin:
, S. q( K! q9 N8 s" |o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
7 m$ j8 O [; ]) [" v0 n4 L6 a- so Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
% J7 N( S. l$ p; ]' p H) G r- }& E& o' c$ no Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
: Y* f0 v9 Q$ Q5 M# I' ?4 Ro Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.8 S# q2 y- V, t
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
5 L- y S5 _1 L n6 do Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
Z6 L& I- `- R8 A! N- ~+ |o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.1 l7 g5 I* ^0 I) P) q
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization." V. f+ d8 I0 @) ] r
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.+ u+ P1 p, W5 ^1 ^& ?" F3 m
Operational:$ t% Z3 r9 @6 z& z% ^, Q% _) c
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
* D: M. M0 w: N+ ?- `7 J+ y9 t; uo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
* [7 I. a; |* ?* }+ jo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
$ h; S$ c n, U& z0 m) y, Z- Xo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.6 B9 {0 j4 g7 R2 ~, h8 d' H
Clerical:

o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.) L3 {6 q% ]: J* e. w
o Hotel and travel bookings.

o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.; @3 e) k; S1 {4 ]0 W2 h) w3 d

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
