, A+ C9 X0 W* F5 L& wGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.1 `1 |' D! k* y9 _) q9 X9 A" C

Accounting and Admin:! }* y# a( @5 m% \$ u+ Q
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
' q, n+ M$ |8 s5 V$ x- Uo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
8 B& t. ]" c6 `% H" R( Y& no Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
& f# P/ X8 F6 r, h- g: @o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.& T5 b, |% L" @- k
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.' ?; t5 g* X8 m
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
7 t4 H) F4 Y6 l1 ^8 r: d2 C) t' Po Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
. G% I9 h& G" U5 V, ~5 [: ^o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
( i" D3 i) |2 U- C$ }o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
8 {9 k/ c7 _5 {4 l6 y' g) @6 P* ?o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
$ D1 T9 M% z2 X: Wo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.6 ^+ X5 S7 ?* h6 b; {" K
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

% \, E/ @6 k$ l# X8 t1 V7 xo Telephone and reception.
) I* V/ d" B* @3 j% z- x8 B& k' |o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.% G+ M7 e1 x( ?. y5 e2 Y
o Hotel and travel bookings.
, q- S: T2 g& J+ [5 J8 q- v5 Io Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary. N& f" y1 b- D; M$ J9 W% e( [
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
" h2 P- T* x9 [6 o4 B• Organization and multi-tasking skills.( t; L5 g3 F5 A
• Proven ability to show initiative.
