Major Responsibilities:

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
1 y! n1 `( q" M$ y" I1 R7 qo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
h4 r! {4 r$ j+ N# mo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.$ ]4 |. d' y$ t) h5 k# R, f$ A
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
! ~2 |2 G! D8 E: `' |, C! Wo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.; c% u! N# u7 j% }1 a2 {$ _
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
G* v% E' G5 k }, [ o* Ao Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
# t! X1 i1 ~8 q+ W8 B+ lo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.8 \( ]! D1 A- n P4 Z
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.. s; V0 ]" C; f1 h2 ~8 o6 D: [
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
& i- c: ^+ t, w! U# i9 \Operational:0 P+ Q) K0 U' e& w
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
1 B. S0 a7 z5 h \3 No Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)., L2 x6 [9 N$ |5 _" U5 p. c4 r
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
( j9 J8 W) Q. X) E \! Uo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
& ^- S0 c6 ?/ J; V" [4 Mo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.4 t4 q- Y6 w0 ?) F6 f+ ^! J
o Hotel and travel bookings.
. g, O! Z, W9 Vo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.3 C1 M& c" Z4 }' ^
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.1 K' ?9 Q4 G# e! e
o General office filing.% M( [) y, V$ _1 `- N, Q! ]. D4 H* Z
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files." m0 U2 E& E9 ?
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
