General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:! c( f; ~9 Y5 ^- |$ b
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.& o3 B7 n+ A E9 T' o$ G2 |
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
9 t) t, R. M9 w2 i" k5 q& |' Io Receive P.O.s in Glovia.2 l* n2 F5 w h1 R" ^: c
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
9 \: b! k5 z4 B3 _ }' A( So Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.& G! v# C, n6 p2 M+ ]5 |
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' i7 [" ^3 K; R- S3 a5 a/ Z
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.. ?& x" d% [6 O/ z
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization., R; M, o1 d/ z2 s; i) m
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.4 H8 w6 e( `3 {. M
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
; p* N/ A$ }) l; k, O1 Oo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.. H, \6 d. x' j6 ]7 L2 Q- c5 ^, Q0 ~
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
* i+ ]" N; F; q3 G( D& LClerical:$ |5 A2 }3 M. U" p& p7 H2 K/ ^
o Telephone and reception.
9 T% t, W& k6 a6 G. b, Vo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
! Q! s: B# l" i7 m; E9 go Hotel and travel bookings.
" Q+ R2 X2 g) H2 H% Ao Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.8 Q* C/ n7 v8 o$ M
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills., L. l2 V( a9 L5 ^: c" U* R# q1 C# d
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.- ?4 @8 o' P. J
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
