Major Responsibilities:
- g3 d* C. C3 _2 u% Q) j& I' F+ |+ _
General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.. ?& |9 D3 U0 F5 V8 z! Z! z& v

Accounting and Admin:
. @# e! Y- P! H; E% p& _' @o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
3 f4 K. V- C3 ?: E7 B9 {9 qo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
8 Z# D1 Y" v, Z5 C, M7 t; A7 mo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.9 G0 b, T V4 O0 a
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
3 R6 {0 d) G _; g6 D8 I# v9 Do Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
& @2 J. u+ {1 W4 z( g; K3 |$ \o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.7 X& r* _, W2 n" y
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.' v& G- k" m' i8 F
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.# h* @# h0 }# K% E: o" C; F
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
9 o& L0 S! A% Y. G6 g7 O! u! l \$ NOperational:' y9 y6 M6 d- x1 S
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
6 b' C( z+ E$ d5 o; _8 io Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
& Y! P L4 @* P! F1 u3 K5 u8 ?9 Oo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.& M; X% v) v7 ~% j' A6 _
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.( `& ?* m1 X! R
Clerical: ?- V. c; k+ d n
o Telephone and reception.- P- P& @( O# j
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
( O2 e- G$ }1 N, Qo Hotel and travel bookings.
# \, d o! u) o9 xo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
6 T# ^7 L- Z% o2 x& b- vo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.) ~9 p6 c2 G6 x3 X1 W/ R' C% W
o General office filing.$ e0 W, A7 M- b0 m
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.5 O2 ]( F: a6 e d+ Y
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
