Position Title: Administrator

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
2 s( g! ]5 X# M, q& U+ |# H% t- |/ K
! @% B) r- d+ s5 a- _! W' \Accounting and Admin:3 h {. B. f2 d6 y5 ^
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.& g9 I' n- ^, l; R! d$ M" P# v5 F
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
4 B+ A. f" o: f, F9 a% U3 W$ vo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
6 G, c' F4 S! s" N4 E2 P) xo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
5 |# J: B! B" c6 T5 Bo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
/ v. J' U4 V/ G$ z7 xo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.* ]$ p( M% J# {" E3 ^; A' h
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing., C: g4 k9 U9 N( U
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.; k" n# H! W9 Z- w7 q
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.8 K8 d4 m5 I6 m" l6 k# P
Operational:( g- k, K4 g/ T, _
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff." O/ Y; `! j V
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)., }' ?, P! m; L7 q$ H
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
' c: V" y5 C$ L/ d- Qo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.- N) \* g2 x3 H( X
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
# L% h! C. w+ _/ g5 }2 lo Hotel and travel bookings.
; ~2 J; ?/ S7 i+ G" B1 Ao Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
; P, W7 g" M3 S# vo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.' G4 q0 M) e) \& g, k
o General office filing.

+ w k# H# v3 p) f/ io Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
