$ J/ h/ N$ t- ^/ LGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
$ C3 y+ o' k6 q$ S3 |! F' w5 W" [o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
; E; V# Z: W$ y, R5 Q2 h- po Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.! b' K/ j- @2 E5 k, r$ H' I" \
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
6 G0 D& P* x6 j0 ~8 t' ?' ?' {o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
- f# I5 L2 g5 Jo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.+ n3 o) L T# V, g
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' e2 o; @1 c! h- U( w5 y5 q
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
9 C5 @/ q7 Y0 L( @# B. fo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
, q: p9 f" x7 T3 U, q2 q! K9 do Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
$ k7 \ ~3 ?" JOperational:
! i' e# m$ }* l9 ko Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
% `1 k# G: C- t, L. z4 Mo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).8 y: h X- X: q- R& M# a# L. C% T
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.& y& O% m2 v5 S# ^% ?/ ~8 }' M
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
# v* P+ ~$ l' M$ X% q" jClerical:
% V5 n, f% Z/ |4 R9 wo Telephone and reception./ G' D I6 M# `+ O
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
5 t t0 w# s# Q. J5 B3 F8 b7 q uo Hotel and travel bookings.
) o$ \7 i+ u# c0 w5 A3 U6 Mo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.! `, ]1 ]( k% d. ~
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.
9 x0 e- _, t6 G* w5 t& v; Fo General office filing.
2 ^9 K+ }1 Q6 E* ~2 S" Go Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
6 ]$ J& R+ p t' To Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
