•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.. ~6 X5 s. h' z6 c0 ?# z6 `: q
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.: p$ w: u6 u5 y4 I
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
" ]# x1 Y& a. x$ r•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
6 v7 T; c; a4 Q+ ^; ^•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.; Y1 w! t1 g. R% E4 O& A
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.% A/ L5 D/ S0 D2 ~" y
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.! B/ z& r  O  k5 s
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.- |5 i6 t! B+ y" g9 m
•        Other duties as assigned by supervisor.. y' m3 I; V& D1 p

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. 2 M! W* S- L- [0 K3 T
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
; T2 ~$ A/ M' y+ X9 ^0 j•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. & O& S% E4 ^% l# m3 H2 ~$ D- E
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude. : I7 R* l" _: Z9 b) j
•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential

•        Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other
