Major Responsibilities: $ \( n2 A$ k# X7 ]7 Q

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:) h# Y) s( s) {0 c7 |& i
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.* f! a( I* l( R: h! K) x
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
, T. Z2 `1 ?# z) ko Receive P.O.s in Glovia. V7 i3 }4 q# s, W
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.2 r+ E* L: s; N1 i& R/ J
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
+ N) C+ q. U0 u3 D" f1 io Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
5 I. F' M% c8 a z; ^1 _o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.8 h3 Z9 W1 [; ] D
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.! P% u) u! q. T6 |6 B" f. z) K6 V
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
; P- P5 ?: r1 F8 x1 X* O$ Vo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
- D' u" \; W1 v# v* T( W! Wo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.2 p2 u+ k: E5 c4 F8 u
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
* S# w' V& a6 a0 R mClerical:9 s$ ?% p) V4 v2 T; \" E. K5 g+ ]- k
o Telephone and reception.: h0 h7 a2 n) X) l" H) x/ I8 b
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
- n5 t1 v8 B, d& D" qo Hotel and travel bookings.
/ y. c; A7 W5 d0 e9 to Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
# {5 q( h2 J$ Z) h! Go Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.2 ]# X. B: O( d: U

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
& V# `& ~7 h" n8 o; t• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
