General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:# W# O; m5 [0 G& S! D1 d
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
) s$ c0 j2 @6 S8 Z0 u5 |- co Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.6 V, `4 D& p+ S# h/ h! P
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia./ k) C- k5 x8 W- j' W L
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.% k+ A' I' I0 N- I! L2 g
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
: W& p0 o. L6 y* e# oo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
6 ?, r# Y J. v' a/ ?o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: z* C: f) B' Q1 a4 u. `% b9 F
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

Operational:
: T$ t/ j0 J% ]% _& ]- s6 ao Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.9 d+ T) m' s2 Z A5 n
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
& N4 R6 o% o' p: f( t6 X7 {o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.( _, b6 t0 d1 A" o
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
& Z' [4 r8 G# f8 f% rClerical:4 c0 Q: S% d5 B2 n) b) ]4 z
o Telephone and reception.( E" R, h6 f' t: A! ~! e
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
6 i2 _) U4 F! C1 h* y5 t# g& J# Z' ]o Hotel and travel bookings.% ~$ A3 E" j; w3 T! P
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.1 n2 F( W" ] N& j: E3 _$ M
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.4 M9 P3 s P# o
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
