0 O. D1 K) `5 cGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.: O$ ^) s6 N" M
. g' r0 A# P+ E) Y; ]2 q; `+ ^. sAccounting and Admin:
$ `/ U6 n' D+ [( u( co Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
; D p$ K0 f5 o$ t c4 y% L, F) m" eo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.! c# U/ X3 Q9 P/ ]8 N
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.9 E% l6 d, T5 d% e' I( H' u& d
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
) A) {- R; V" t6 A7 uo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
" p; [) J/ P1 S, U- a( U( }o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
+ I. e+ y1 t2 V# S; x; wo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing./ _7 E, f- e9 n2 }3 P
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.4 R/ c3 f8 D4 |, w: z
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.7 q6 D- P" e' I6 z. _7 t* y, `
Operational:
A1 {) I9 H5 V4 C3 w( jo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.9 t9 {4 x: F( f, c- U5 Y0 H$ I
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
0 ~8 l6 z2 [+ \6 m. No Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
1 c! x2 b6 `6 f7 jo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.+ V! t T2 r. M* N& [/ N A7 t* |
Clerical:
8 }# M/ w9 Z0 U* Fo Telephone and reception.
/ e! W: J0 f; b5 H) wo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
# z1 @6 M7 y9 |3 m) Y6 W/ Ko Hotel and travel bookings.2 Q p( f2 [* L: i0 W; j- @* G) ]
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
6 y3 k. ?" y; {( h* E* l+ n( so Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.; b) I. Z# ^6 @- S1 A6 y$ I) N( w2 T

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.& i; M' F n5 g7 {- J* ~% j- R

• Able to work independently as well as a team.
