•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
. X( K* v# t: k8 C/ }" i1 g8 Y( Z•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.6 [" H2 ?" Z9 R9 ~5 A
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  ! {' z' K' |4 a, x4 p
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.5 `2 @+ }, u7 q; a' b, }. _) F+ ^3 E
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.# g! y6 T7 _4 j/ {! V* S+ H4 g) c3 L4 B0 ]
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. + V5 u  k- }4 L+ \0 q! t1 f
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset.
" s& k4 Q( c" x6 T' s7 w1 G•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. * {8 l! }' R; M

•        Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential- A0 Z9 V8 w0 Y+ h
