•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.0 j5 r1 Y% p3 n; G( ?  c
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.$ G, ~' s9 t  a; @* W* U! n# g
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
: H4 S" |0 i; y; s•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
1 w! E; s* Z7 b2 ^7 K•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.

•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. % A: Y  V) Y2 _3 H$ u! h
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
