5 y' W$ U5 `7 Q5 y1 _& j' s" ~•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
& X/ }- ?7 @* w0 u  w; \•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
* x7 g& F; d. s3 Z( F•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
" M0 _4 N  ~+ s( V4 M•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.# o8 }; e2 X% E+ X5 \: n; r) d" @
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.* O" S5 o  w% q- d
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.% C! C7 h8 [$ C! l

Qualifications:
