Abstract: reporting to the Manager, Member Relations & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Member Relations & Communications Team through timely distribution of materials and merchandise, support in event registrations, onsite event assistance, database maintenance, invoice maintenance, and reception relief.

Key duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings. ! u* M' k0 R# A

Recognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.6 c1 M3 f& x* v8 f* b# {6 F" [2 j

General Support: assists onsite with events; provide reception relief; coordinate kits for staff, new members & transitional CAs; receive, organize and maintain communication materials/photos.
