Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning. I( H% n/ H1 c3 p' _
Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.7 W7 b8 @1 Y' v( \& p# S
Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.
1 e: `4 v9 i' uThe male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
