Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.6 V! n/ O; _6 O
Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.
9 H& M* `1 d3 ?% d# V# L6 r u7 ROfficers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.; T1 I& C! B! u. Z8 s4 L; s" T
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
