I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. So just choose based on your own needs.

All of them are just cookies. If you do not like the activeX, in XP, you can just disable it in the IE configuration.% P; Y/ |% b' d/ H" @# Z
) u0 U# o5 g4 e# i' vI am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
