I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. For whatever reason, Firefox should be safer, I am not saying faster though. But spyware/adware can make your computor very slow. Check you folder:6 v# h* p0 V! o3 v/ G

All of them are just cookies. If you do not like the activeX, in XP, you can just disable it in the IE configuration. * ~4 `& K) F. ~" S i9 }8 M, r+ ?6 n+ n% a$ t, q
I am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
