I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. It's nothing about ActiveX technology. There is nothing that is bulletproof.: o- k- O7 L# e4 [

I am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
前几天用过firefox，没有所说的那么快， 4 l+ n; u/ H b同意五楼的观点，IE，Windows 的用户太多，才发现那么多漏洞、安全隐患。 9 d' V- O- W4 X E N. K网络上，安全只是相对的，无论什么操作系统、浏览器、防火墙，仅仅能给我们提供一点点屏障，挡住的仅仅是像我这样的棒槌。

不管什么原因，只要安全就好。。。你说得对，用得多的软件，漏洞多。但是，如果Ｆｉｒｅｆｏｘ相对安全（或者说黑客琢磨得少），何尝不是它的一个长处？
