I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. It's nothing about ActiveX technology. There is nothing that is bulletproof.2 |3 l9 t* h. d- @' `% {

All of them are just cookies. If you do not like the activeX, in XP, you can just disable it in the IE configuration. 5 ]# f j9 E3 u0 E2 m , t$ O% u) j; s BI am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
