I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. It's nothing about ActiveX technology. There is nothing that is bulletproof., J0 O4 e7 D0 L

For whatever reason, Firefox should be safer, I am not saying faster though. But spyware/adware can make your computor very slow. Check you folder: N. o7 p$ `. @+ V& I* p

All of them are just cookies. If you do not like the activeX, in XP, you can just disable it in the IE configuration.% J+ t2 o& [2 B, @
7 t9 t. _1 ]2 V6 C, m2 R! ?2 V3 CI am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
