Responsibilities: Coordination of Karibuni project, under the direction of the executive director. This project is centered around the existing film entitled Karibuni, a documentary of the Franco-African immigrant experience in western Canada. An English sub-titled version of the film will be ready by Sept. 1. $ S( s9 Y. h H4 x: f1 l
+ w! [4 e: ]! Z) A( eKey Tasks: The coordinator will work with our professional development expert and a French-speaking consultant, to develop and deliver educational sessions in English based on the film, to appropriate groups across the country. 6 b6 J* U3 d) G# n* F% q+ b. A
& o; Q, G( V8 c+ |This will involve finding appropriate groups for presentations & making travel arrangements. During the project a user-manual for the video will be created, designed, and printed. Position will involve extensive travel across Canada.% b0 A# n" p( ` A; C4 b
