! K9 f* o5 [/ s8 b8 [ t2 yo Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program
9 _: M8 f6 s9 @0 c; go Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program3 V" @1 k) _- z4 M) A6 f, f: }1 i
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program5 H( e5 p1 R8 C4 ~5 Q
o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program
9 V! u3 e) M9 z/ x2 ko Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program6 \/ C9 D; H2 t/ g* O
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising/ J" ]$ c5 C$ }+ a3 Z; M9 g
o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
0 r* F$ H) T, J. K) ko Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre( W6 f! M8 ]; _0 E; H [& U: |1 ?
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues9 U; i7 Y8 A% D" c# d* |
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas

o Be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor( N( P' a1 z6 K* E$ S' y

o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience- ]( Y4 c5 l2 B, D( T& i. K
o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset! \6 |2 _2 V3 w8 L7 v
o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset- V: `4 f2 o* u2 ^
o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
