Position Title: Engineering technologist
Job Description/Duties: Northwest Hydraulic Consultants, an Edmonton-based water resources engineering company, is seeking engineering technologists to be based in Edmonton for a variety of field and laboratory investigations. The company provides specialist services in water resources engineering, river engineering, ice engineering and scale modeling of engineering projects. Applicants should have experience and/or training in one or more of the following areas: surveying (level surveys and GPS), drafting (AutoCad), environmental monitoring, and instrumentation. Some background in construction would also be an advantage. Applicants should be willing and able to participate in field investigations in remote areas.
