The HR Generalist will ensure the development and application of Human Resources Policy, to fulfill the agency’s goal of being an exemplary, fair, competitive employer. This position will ensure effective practices in staff recruitment and appointment, new staff orientation, and staff retention, and will provide support to supervisors with regard to recruitment and hiring, annual3 F3 A% k1 K1 f; i( X
staff evaluation, professional development, and performance management.
" ]9 Z; W! ]+ q1 L% V1 |Settlement Practitioner: helping newcomers to adapt, settle, and contribute as citizens in Canada.

- G0 t: R8 G$ Z; wwork, good facilitation and communication skills, and are familiar with immigrant issues,

Community Development Associate: Do you have strong skills in community development, coalition building, communication and facilitation?/ X' t" x6 M* [* ~+ A2 \
The Associate will assist the Community Development Manager in collaborative initiatives with external stakeholders, and in research, policy development, external communication, and various writing projects.9 W' L9 g( C( N/ J
Administrative Support: several positions with varying degrees of responsibility, providing support
