Is the Contract for Tanks that Sinopec signed with CNRL significantly lower than any other bidders (if any)? If it is, then you know CNRL should understand that there is no way Sinopec can execute the work with that value if Sinopec don't screw the workers.

CNRL给外籍劳工包食宿,一年往返机票,$30/hr,中间人只付$600/月.
中石化有股份所以要求给中国劳工一方机会,共120人,现在全部赶走了.

黑，太黑了。我见过的菲律宾劳工好像不致于受到如此的对待。
