* v) r# ]) g, WContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

  K3 B) [# g3 Y( |8 c* e8 d' v(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
3 F0 C3 b- h+ E# c* hHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
& K3 [0 Q% P. [: H. L) w( @* K
8 O/ e0 n' b9 h1 x( [( b) K5 H& {Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
0 k% Z+ L' y9 M7 O; I" \& q& _Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

( v* e* ^* P9 h; PDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

* C3 \5 f* [( H(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
# F/ l* R3 n! o3 i6 Q2 AWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
2 G( J$ E7 H$ ^# L$ n5 O9 _Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

: K$ B7 c! u( L4 @Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
