2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,) w+ L1 c* G; L$ _/ @8 O1 w
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
9 S8 S: M p# [ sdrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for
) a# ?8 p" G M+ Sspecification and installation.6 _, n1 Z" j5 H7 O
3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
4 H5 b9 |8 p" J/ r, _% |meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction
( f& g7 l( K" }4 ^' Zplans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,
# w$ N& R5 O4 |assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.

10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.

related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
