3 H4 l. J9 R xDataGardens seeks an experienced User-Interface Designer for designing and developing the user-interface of our product. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in visual/interaction design, user-centered design principles, user research and analysis, usability testing and code development.: j% D6 H) k# H/ R. p. Responsibilities will include:- h" E4 `0 I$ @: p, |' z2 u
· Work directly with stakeholders and product management to help determine customer needs and solve business problems related to User Experience.2 d: I4 K6 g7 }8 V! g
· Define, develop and document business requirements and/or process flows to ensure client needs are captured and delivered.
6 f2 O/ s% Z" E x; P$ A# G6 {· Create User Research, UX definition deliverables including3 E$ z" k+ G1 I% S8 m9 F% }- w
• Research plans and user analysis
3 Q+ e1 L$ ~5 z• Findings/recommendation reports
S0 ^/ R' `5 L/ d& M+ k; o0 |$ P• Prototyping by developing wireframes, simple interactive screens, etc.8 w" N; D/ C0 B6 b' T
· Develop the UI once the design has been finalized. Partner with other members of the development team to ensure smooth integration of the UI component with back-end technologies.
; `, P/ e( N" t; \· Develop effective information and navigation architectures to promote user’s ability to navigate and find needed functionality. Ensure room for growth as applications of our product are expanded.

$ T M) t" w8 Z9 S· Proficiency in User Centered Design methodologies. Skilled at converting designs into usable interfaces.0 X: V u& g3 e6 o' A* j+ y5 E, ]
· Experience of developing prototypes, interface flows and storyboards.
3 d3 e* [, h( C b5 B; }: m· Understanding of VMware, iSCSI and storage technologies like RAID, replication, snapshot, etc is desirable.

- l5 c5 o0 l4 D' s3 S· Degree in human-computer interaction, computing science, cognitive science, interactive multimedia or related discipline.
; C' V8 E! a* Q1 S P· 2-3 years of industrial experience in designing and developing usable interfaces.
