: j. W' W3 `# J; v  v1 f! BThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

* O; \- g# m& {! z' F7 |) H1 HHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

; E9 r" b+ l  y, B3 lPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
. O5 s. z& P1 q9 ^# V- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
3 W0 _- ]8 [3 r( ~$ e7 p" p: A- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


8 R# M6 c5 ~$ Z; h$ H7 Y- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
