The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

0 Y$ M3 k: r6 oHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

4 u0 S+ v$ @$ V: b* q* N. x$ G0 Y% `= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
& e( v: g9 R/ g, r2 z$ AThis price includes:
* n" h6 O& F) X/ E0 I6 X- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

& {' H! O, @# p) \0 m+ {, q- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
' P* h+ J1 K2 \- Bus Parking

* d( P: `- Y+ `0 S6 a- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
