" o( e5 \& _' r+ w$ w1 K- CThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

+ R/ _2 i' B1 P* B1 a# \$ O* nHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

% A/ W7 {8 m$ c8 APrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

; d$ o# e- ]4 P0 O% l= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
( }4 O" F+ X2 y/ P  s" }7 L- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
