The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

! `* P+ R( O1 C- m5 V0 M+ eHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

; r7 [7 ?+ T4 _& MPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

1 I2 f1 o& s: R0 }0 ?: M= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

8 ?- R* Z& ^. |1 R3 g& ?; L- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
