The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

6 ^. v  ^% V: V5 q$ _Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

! X+ B6 Y$ N$ e, v= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
2 l6 |9 f, k# }3 n3 R- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
9 d0 W0 t2 c5 V+ D8 k- _- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

7 Z/ o: a6 t( T: pAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
