CSSA trip to Vancouver and Victoria in the Spring (April 27 - May 2)

The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 M% p( E* ?4 O  V6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

3 u% G. q. b7 uPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

0 T. O/ @2 w  O+ C4 t= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
; Q) E+ z! h8 L9 @9 a4 H8 e- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
1 i! Z6 R" \( W0 L0 f% n- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

& \6 V* o" L* s; b, S
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
