The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

* \6 f" a0 V# C% l$ GPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

% _% L0 k2 y% Y( J$ Q= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
& ]! t" G$ v0 k- l7 |  m& k0 U, DThis price includes:
$ x. ^6 O9 w! |3 b. N# K0 P2 n- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
4 v$ _1 X! f$ x  q9 T% w- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
) L' c1 ]- r7 g$ _7 k+ a: M- r- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
+ x6 j! F; ~- Q5 z% k) X- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
