+ L5 Y4 O, A  eWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
& c" `/ t1 W0 yResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
  X7 b# m- ]% A* d0 J; NProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
7 u" O3 ^# T2 J) R2 K( nWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
6 A! x$ R. ]* X8 T0 n  KDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
" J0 ?0 t; p1 K7 Y& g8 @8 nDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
% g! I7 N9 k7 Q0 z" JRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
+ E, T' ]  t; V' wMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
! x5 A1 d) h) wExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
; g1 d' ?+ C4 L6 q- Q* e* G. b5 ~, O' pStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
