时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

5 ?4 A K# c' @3 r( oThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for/ \- ]0 J: m' }8 o+ I a4 \+ I1 p
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

$ L! M9 Z1 Q% \# I4 q7 f/ Z( FTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
+ z: {3 f: m2 j4 R. |; n. `of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different' a9 _( r& Z& G/ d
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.& I# c9 ]( ?, l- |$ y
2 _# T/ p8 L- b4 O8 `. P' TCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
