EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

/ \6 j$ Y0 R: {2 uThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
3 w4 F' y# o$ P& G$ rbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.; P; [' M. T0 J8 _

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
3 k7 }: @$ }6 b' ^' M; sof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
