时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。3 [1 d: O. M8 x* O9 k

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for, o- T$ p( n" ?
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them. Y& i" W# e! Y& h

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials# a3 |$ V$ H/ P9 _
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
! X/ ?6 M' L, D& T+ M8 h- w8 Dcertified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
