时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

1 {. {; v( F; }( Z) JThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
2 t. Z2 x& Y2 Y& t5 v" C. g. E- xbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.% O( b6 n! T" _6 y

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
' k+ M5 o2 w4 l3 v: R$ T1 Eof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
" O5 _* U# L1 J" \) Rcertified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
