EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association，就是我们加入的那个协会）在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。+ ?9 V5 K2 [4 G. f

时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。

Description:
) F \7 k# ~1 y KThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for, f; Q( G$ B/ I2 w# g* s' M
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them." V% X$ o w& M [9 X e

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials d, E0 @$ t# y2 }
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different) R' x, r u! u. k" j9 D* d) y
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
