时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。8 q% e/ z$ L+ }, a) i; w

* M o0 t- C2 D4 _2 p6 rThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for8 [2 {4 @ Z9 L0 N) o
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials i2 \, f X+ V9 ^
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different9 R: }, }( I, Q3 a
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
