也许你会觉得坐在高高的裁判椅上感觉很好。当然了，又能免费看球，又能居高临下，还是裁判，难怪你会觉得美 （我怎么看你有点臭美 ）

好了，现在这样的机会来了：

EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association，就是我们加入的那个协会）在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。

5 u$ V$ F" `* H7 o$ t; k: G6 {地点：The Derrick Club, 3500 - 119st, edmonton

' ?) \; x3 Q9 f6 K! k4 Z费用：全免。（另据可靠消息，还会有些补助给参加的人。这样的消息当然要优先让我们尊敬的会员先知道啦。 赞自己一个 ）

报名方式：发邮件到officiating@edba.ab.ca 报名。另外，报名时注明你的姓名、电话、电邮地址，并特别问清楚培训的地点，因为原来的地址可能有变。他们收到你的邮件后就会给你发一封确认的邮件。

下面是培训班的英文原件。我就不翻译了。什么，你说地址不对，这就是为什么我要你在报名时特别问清楚地址的原因了。我给出的地址是会长告诉我的，需要你们报名时确认。
Badminton Officials Training Clinic

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

3 S: u0 j- l! MTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level.

8 W4 q- ~$ F! ?7 f( K+ i* S这个培训的截止时间是2月18日。如果你是在这之后报的名，估计就赶不上了。如果是在这之前报的名，你很快会收到他们的确认邮件；如果直到2月22日你仍然没有收到回信，请再发邮件到officiating@edba.ab.ca查询。（我个人建议你现在就发邮件查询，这样比较保险一点）。
