请教：take dirction什么意思？

比如在面试时，考官问：How do you take direction?是不是意思是“你是如何执行领导的指令的？”
( l0 \- L, r1 W' c! n- `再比如问：How long would you stay with the company? 答：I would really like to settle down with your company。I take direction well and.....
这里的“take dirction”是指我定位很准。对吗？

Personally, 我觉得这里都是一个意思，都是“执行指令”的意思。

How long would you stay with the company? 答：I would really like to settle down with your company。I take direction well and.....“你打算／想／能在公司待多久？”“我非常愿意在贵公司安定下来。我能很好地执行指令和......”

不用谢!为了你这问题,我还专门和一白人讨论过,他也同意我的说法,不过他补充到可以是上面的指令也可以是你自己的做事方式(指令).
