Dead car? Block heater and Synthetic Oil

there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,
basically ,  BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant/radiator, and keep the engine block warm.

* ?# R# {& n/ o% ^! x& [1 |) xif you have BH or SO, but ur car still could not be started up, and you have not checked/replaced your battary before the winter came, I bet the battary is dead.
