It is very easy!

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
5 W* c) y* e6 C. z1 B |- }place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. * ^) |- }% n+ a5 v8 P
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
) A7 ^! w3 V+ x9 Sthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
d. P" r3 @7 Y' d3 \6 Z0 XIf you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
