7 r7 Z. T# O4 p6 }$ N" Q* P•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
9 i/ `4 X! M6 B  M! B) V3 q•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
% T. `: R- v3 d, g, D•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
+ f, I0 S" a$ u9 o4 L•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
% r. I% x1 z( Q$ Z& q- `% \•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
* v8 O* l9 n2 a* ^2 m  w( }•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

7 f  X# q7 w* M( P•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
2 s/ K$ s$ s6 q2 \•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
) c+ l, b5 o2 r; u! \/ h•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
