The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run

there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 2 V/ S8 z4 @1 }! g5 J& H6 G, U& g
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
6 x" H6 c: a8 vEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate ' z/ m- ]1 A6 i' X% M; Q
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
' b. |+ a; `4 e0 @! k4 ]% W6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
8 N: s/ @8 w9 @4 w2 V(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by : `) T, r9 t# g* D' _( e6 a; F) W" Z
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult , v0 ^) t2 _0 ?6 y% s1 C' p) z4 q/ ]
Canadians learn a second language.

developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -

test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
