Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development)." E; u3 ?9 L1 k: ]# _* w

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.! `7 d+ n+ s/ ]! h5 w1 T

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.: Y0 E8 h; }& G) b) b( b- @

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project., b! T; o' t; d5 M4 Q: }6 \

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.: A$ w: s3 G+ A2 N) j* N

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).2 Z! | h" A3 M/ @
+ @2 A8 T) [# s. w5 r5 W$ xHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.- t& u! E: U: C2 N7 \, z
9 j9 z" w p k: T3 sOne hour later, I got a reject email!9 x' U" h ^4 w( ~( Q
