-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.. m# B8 _+ A# n8 U) [
-Other questions:
# ?# M3 S9 O2 g4 A& W' `Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).' ^) ^; Z. c& o' k( A3 j. `. k

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

8 b* ^# R! m1 h6 X9 b" YThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

( b8 ]; }. [: E) a7 F% y5 b4 U0 mOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project. |% k6 a$ Y1 |/ @2 ^7 r
, N( w8 U3 x) n3 [HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).. B8 O0 r, ?- \) O1 h% H
* [- T! ?4 c: T" u9 w8 BHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
