BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.& A3 j, L: g0 `1 p
+ N& {5 Y) C$ C& G+ cInterview 1: by manager and technical leader
/ b% Y7 d! C; T8 W-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.5 C4 k/ ~/ z! \# D8 A+ @. ?6 e
-Other questions:
+ E) s. ?: s- TManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.+ X! f9 k& w! }2 b/ }1 Q" G

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR , ~9 w' z! }! Z0 u; S9 `2 k9 u
9 J& v5 P& V+ Q9 ~& H' [The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.+ ?( ]2 Z3 W6 p5 ~- v
5 E) D. d2 S' }$ h, s8 COne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.& ?6 J4 w* P' r2 C E ~9 Y3 O
+ E/ b- O0 [( ?One hour later, I got a reject email!. l% q2 Y8 |0 }1 `" G* _
