& ~# U7 h/ L5 W6 N4 x. }5 F- P-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.1 B5 K3 b. M5 a: _
-Other questions:
- i9 |3 z5 w: I, `0 K7 _9 |Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.7 |% U$ t* t5 x' B6 j

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

! S) [+ x# L& R$ J& |# GOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

$ ]2 G# N. `2 G& CHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).( q! X: n- q- }0 I& f

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

What wemt wrong?
8 Q) v, ~+ L9 O0 V% ~; z: LPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
