BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.1 c+ t1 M4 h. Z1 q8 r# R( t! N2 L% S
/ x& M: l- Q& O* A( S2 v# uInterview 1: by manager and technical leader) Z5 U7 Z2 N- v9 T) u
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.1 G! Q2 }' ^9 {# l5 B
-Other questions:
3 C4 I+ V1 o2 F6 ?! H( U1 A6 I2 HManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

8 E r1 m' g: [3 F! F& vThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.4 B" L* E, V) \6 j) h0 Y; @& D d
G8 O; k+ a$ SOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.3 g8 _: ^7 H9 K% V2 ?% v" X
* [' g4 g; S4 ~1 Q ]6 u9 ZHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.$ A4 |0 G" `9 b3 X1 C: r
* W: c( q' k3 N) k. p$ V/ q# n& [HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).; X2 c% g/ M4 a6 B

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
