Responsibilities to include:

) t% f8 U( A1 ]# P" m3 G# c2 j·         Coordinate, source, price and purchase all aspects of supply chain daily; materials, equipment parts, service subcontractors, consumables, small tools, job specific rentals and equipment, within service level definitions and in accordance with Company prescribed Policies, Procedures and Process Flows

& v+ X. m0 o; |( f8 }5 W% ~·         Prepare all aspects of procurement processes including negotiated terms and conditions, insurance and bonding requirements
) u: {- Q2 R) Z$ Q$ _7 X6 H+ ^
6 h+ j( H7 G! B3 \6 I5 E+ Z·         Assist with evaluation of engineering documentation (drawings and specifications) for preparation of required MTO’s and BOM’s,
+ Z' ?. R! q) l2 V8 I
·         Evaluate vendor RFQ submissions, considering budgeting targets, project schedules, quality assurance requirements and health and safety requirements.

Qualification Requirements

# ^' s- M+ A3 l" e# `·         Minimum 5 years experience related to requisitioning/purchasing
8 t2 E6 l- }7 _% v/ W8 z5 m  C
·         Industrial construction and/or drawing/engineering experience

·         Computer proficiency including MS Office, MRP and other purchasing software

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3 Z0 _: M# S# C) ^6 E! c4 `
·         Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) and working towards a Certified Professional Purchaser (CPP) accreditation would be beneficial

( Y! y% J; l0 S+ \' W  e  d2 r/ p·         Previous Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and Pipeline Industry experience preferred
