. I. a) ~" T4 z: P2 WPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Skills and Abilities Required
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

3 h8 i7 @! m/ ~2 J* ]8 T2 r( ~) sPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

0 n5 B6 I/ i& x$ `Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Bachelor or Master degree in cell biology, biochemistry or other related areas.
