作法
1.鱼片用盐,胡椒粉,料酒,太白粉略腌
# L+ \3 @$ b8 G! W1 ]$ K2.将一粒红葱头切片,其余葱头,蒜瓣,胡椒粒,虾酱一起捣成泥(想吃较辣的,可加小辣椒一起捣)
1 k: K- ]; Q7 p- Z3.用少许油爆香红葱头片;加清水或高汤煮滚.
# Y' N8 g, U) F+ h* P: i4.放入捣成泥的酱料搅匀,再加柠檬叶,南姜,小辣椒,番茄,香茅等煮出香味,(约5-8分钟* _, W! }6 Y3 {- [' V1 ~9 J
),加草菇与海鲜料,油豆腐煮熟.再加豆芽,芫荽等(总之这时把全部的食材都放下去,就得)
