ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the

recombinant proteins and stable cell lines. To further develop our
; `9 ~8 P1 z8 O. @0 x$ rtechnology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness
to apply for government funding with us.

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
# p/ e! m0 g/ c6 \# yobtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
. T. q4 y$ b" d$ p* R6 I  Mrelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
& a) x6 v1 b0 T. ]- ~  Mfrom bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
) C. d. R: P) o0 Mrequired. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
. P3 z7 M) o1 C  y6 ~. d: ecloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
over-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
3 U& G! B8 R& i& ~% cis a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
9 w) g7 f; a  m( l5 ?  z2 [4 U6 dthe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
accurate and complete research records.

This position is conditional to a successful application of external
funding, such as the Alberta Ingenuity Fund R&D Associate. Anticipated
salary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
