Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

/ \0 v8 [; v, ^5 i% Iand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
8 R- x9 x3 j* S0 [' K, T6 o2 VThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
