Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee

* b  N6 z* [% }! xAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
7 A$ W5 l' c6 y2 [2 u; _& `That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
