烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup sugar
. m# x+ M3 L/ }( t( V1 ]• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none) D/ A, \, x9 ^* K' w
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)& X; L3 E- W1 J H# W; u) v
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
4 {* n/ B* P; }1 t" O- r• 4 eggs, well beaten

PREPARATION:! w0 u5 `# k5 T0 _/ Z
Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
: d0 t. k/ ~" n' \$ ?$ xTurn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

7 l0 _2 a$ Z9 @* ^这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
