烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

8 b" Q* X8 z5 l9 V• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

, P/ ^* i1 p; z4 \% r/ S! P& g4 iBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. U! B9 ^+ I6 Z6 W) A, l
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 0 K% i# J' f8 q" T
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.2 x Z) ~: k$ c3 c" n

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
