烤蛋糕

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)0 h2 O o2 F# ?4 s1 }
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten

PREPARATION:
4 M& m. U8 a+ KBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 3 Q3 u8 P( n3 e: ^
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 0 Q! c# N* Z8 t2 }
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.4 Q U- R; f6 q" s1 {! f. Q7 y, Q" B
0 }' c$ v# c! p, f1 Q: b这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
