  的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭

节目的内容不限，可以是独唱、合唱、舞蹈、相声、小品、话剧，或是一些才
  艺表演（如钢琴演奏等）。另征:晚会主持人.晚会VOLUNTEER若干名.灯光,音

我们也很高兴您能提供一些相声、小品，或是话剧的剧本给我们。

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
this broad land.
; c% ?7 ~: M5 ^8 Z9 z" g' B, t) W
1 Y( v7 X% I" n. Y. Z2 h6 YWe encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
/ L" q. b0 G: L. A4 | talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
+ R& \2 ~0 k$ ?! t! ~9 u: c- d& a1 C performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
0 P/ a  K' o2 `  P6 }* A4 | ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
' C6 l' g2 `, o9 C0 U Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
# q2 w- m; c5 R' @# s: E lot of fun, like what we did before.

As far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
2 a9 H4 N, w8 D; _- Q& P0 U9 _ stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
. S- s& n6 |, r( J* r& `3 Z program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
( x) i: q. g- k" c0 }) \/ w5 h CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
' w$ v; \0 Y7 D  r% t7 W- Z control.
